Excellent accomodations

This is a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of historic Marsala. Very clean and confortable...nice kitchen, veranda. The owner was also very nice and helpful. We had place to park the car on the street - not reserved for us, but there was always a free space. It would be ideal for a long stay.

Good location, adequate accommodation.

We had a confirmed reservation for a three bedroom apartment, but there was some confusion, perhaps owing to the language barrier, and when we arrived we were given a 2 bedroom configuration. Our host was very pleasant and helpful and with the assistance of his son as a translator we managed to clear up the problem and were provided with a large 3 bedroom apartment with living room, dining area and kitchen. The apartment was up one flight of stairs. It was very conveniently located in the historical center of Marsala. The apartment was basic and not stylishly decorated, but there was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We shared one bathroom with a good shower. The apartment was walking distance to the harbor/ sea promenade which made for a nice destination stroll. There were many restaurants nearby. One big problem was the presence of mosquitos in the apartment which impaired sleep for some of us. As our rate included breakfast, we were provided a voucher for a beverage and pastry at local cafe a short distance away.

Superlative, superb value accommodation in Marsala

This is brilliant accommodation, well-located and quite remarkable value. We had 2 bedrooms, own kitchen, own bathroom and balcony. Also the use of a spacious living room. The accommodation is very quiet, nicely furnished and the on-site landlord very helpful. We could not fault the accommodation in any way and would like to have stayed longer than the two nights we were there.

Great location in heart of old town Masala.

Two couples travelling. Large apartment that was comfortable and located within fantastic area full of bars and restaurants.
A local market nearby selling fish caught fresh from the sea and a range of local produce.
We could have stayed longer than one night!

good, but...

The location was great, the wi-fi had decent reception. The shower had plenty of hot water and the area was spacious. It is a great spot to walk around old town Marsala!
The value was not the best, because it was only April and the apartment was full of mosquitoes! It was a miserable first night, with them flying around and biting. There was a kitchen, but no towels in it, or napkins. It was rather difficult to find the place. The only sign was by the door buzzer (as a resident "name"). It seems the family owns the building, but it seems a bit of a half hearted venture.

Salve, mi dispiace per la brutta nottata trascorsa nella mia struttura, vorrei ricordare ai signori ospiti, che l'appartamento in questione è stato consegnato senza alcuna zanzara, marsala essendo una cittá di Mare di zanzare ce ne sono parecchie, bastava non aprire le finestre di sera con le luci accese per evitare il loro ingresso. Per quanto riguarda la nostra rintracciabilità mi meraviglia la difficoltá a raggiungerci, se si conosce la via ed il numero civico il gioco e fatto. Per la biancheria da cucina si poteva pure chiedere al proprietario che abita nel piano sottostante.
Vi aspetto una prossima volta per cercare rimedio a questi 'gravi' inconvenienti....
