A B&B Confused and unhappy

I have no words for this B & B declared that according to the owner is instead a "holiday home" where there is even 'water in the fridge, TV in the room, light and mirror in the bathroom to be able to make up, the air conditioning (replaced by a subspecies of Penguin De Longhi 90s), the shutters on the windows... a nightmare started by 'access to what the owner calls "suite" with steep and dangerous stairs for tutti.Abbiamo paid 140 euros our miserable stay .. un pious work to those who sell mirrors for larks to tourists DIY.

Disastrous beds

First the good: The apartment was clean and well furnished at first glance.
BUT: We slept poorly. The mattresses are so old and worn out that we were literally in a hole. The children's mattress was also unusable, you could feel every feather in the back.
The kitchen is hardly equipped. There wasn't even a bowl or a larger pot to prepare a simple meal. We therefore asked ourselves whether the kitchen should only be decoration. Toilet paper was scarce, the hair dryer worked very badly, the towels were holey and were not even changed in 10 days. In winter it can get quite cold because the heating does not heat both rooms.
Honestly, we know it differently from Italy! Further facts: The apartment is located in an old town labyrinth - without GPS, the first day is difficult to find again. In addition, the apartment cannot be reached directly by car. If you have a lot of luggage, you're definitely out of luck. We tried to contact the landlord to complain. He has ignored us to this day, hence this public review.

Not worth the price

We booked a large room, we got a small room.
Location noisy, noisy neighbors, the sound of water dripping from the neighbors. If there is no one to talk to, not worth the high price demanded there.
There is no general parking place. There is no possibility of access by car to the place.
We have security balcony, we looked for and found.
I would not pay more than 25 euros for lodging there.

Disappointed & dissatisfied

Arrived to be told our original booking had been cancelled & we were offered inferior accommodation instead. For the week we spent there the apartment was not serviced once.
There were also several niggling problems with the accommodation. The heated towel rail did not work; the water pipes clanged loudly every time you turned the tap on; only one bowl & one spoon for a room meant for two; no English channels on the TV.
All in all very poor.

B&B considerato dalla padrona di casa una casa vacanza, sprovvista di cambio asciugamani e carta igienica. Poca Disponibilità da parte della padrona di casa. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e non abbiamo avuto nessun riscontro alle nostre richieste di aiuto per trovare un meccanico nelle vicinanze. Posizione strategica del Beb, ma poca disponibilità e cordialità.
