Top breakfast buffet

Clean 3-star hotel with a great location and a super good breakfast buffet with ham, cheese, cakes, baked goods, fruit, etc.
Value for money is also quite good

Experience Meran at the Flora.

Perfect place to visit Meran, located in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from the Passer and the beautiful promenade.
The city can be experienced on foot - rooms are perfect for a
city tour - friendly and attentive staff.
Good and diverse breakfast.

Quiet, modern hotel by the Passer.

Very nice by the Passer, a bit downstream from the city center of Meran, very quiet on a dead-end street, located directly on the river promenade. At night, you can hear the rushing of the Passer. The rooms have a small balcony with a view of the garden, the river, and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is a bit small, but it is completely sufficient. The hallway is shortened with a door to the bedroom. We slept very well; the hotel has an extensive garden and swimming pool. The breakfast offers a generous selection, and the staff is exceptionally polite. We were able to use the garden on the day of departure and would gladly return.

Wonderful!!

We wanted to spend a few nice days in South Tyrol with our parents-in-law (85 years old). Just before the deadline when we could cancel for free, we called our parents-in-law to see if they felt healthy and fit enough to make the trip. Everything is in order. Two days before departure, we received a call that the mother-in-law was not feeling well, was in bed with a fever, and that they both could not make the trip.
We immediately informed the hotel about this. A cancellation fee of €600 was already due at that time.
Shortly thereafter, an email: The room could be re-rented, and therefore there is NO cancellation fee.
How honest and friendly is that?
It would have been very easy for the hotel operators to collect an additional €600. We would have never known that the room could still be rented out.
It is truly wonderful to encounter honesty and decency in these difficult and crazy times!!!

Bad.

I stayed at Flora Hotel & Suites with quite high expectations, but the experience proved disappointing in several respects. First, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired: obvious dust on the furniture and inadequately sanitized bathroom. The staff, although not rude, appeared unhelpful and often distracted, never demonstrating real attention to the needs of guests. Even the promised services were not up to scratch: Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, while breakfast was limited and of poor quality. In addition, the soundproofing of the rooms is virtually non-existent, making it difficult to rest due to noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Considering the price paid, I expected more. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort and professionalism.
