To improve

Outdated structure, not very clean, very noisy, old fixtures, drafts came in, and everything could be heard.

To be avoided like the plague

I have already given a review to this property which on one hand is as "relax" and elsewhere as "messina". Too many problems to summarize in thousands of characters. Above all the absence of hygiene, the presence of an electric pump in the bathroom very dangerous, zero courtesy from the owners, breakfast totally to be reviewed because without single portions. Also after releasing my review on booking I was contacted by the owner who asked me in a very questionable way The reasons for my review. Stay away from this place, rather sleep in the car or on the street.

Bad experience.

The utter squalor. It is useless to disclose further, but in the face of a b&b so to speak, there is little else to write.
Bad experience: dirty room, smelly pillows, all ramshackle, what else to add? I hope my review serves as a warning to anyone who wants to stay in this "hole".

nightmarish

the other day I called to book a room and the manager told me that in the structure of via Sicilia there was no room but had an apartment in via madonna della mercede, at the modest price of € 50.00, a little for one night but I accept. I arrived late in the afternoon which is why I did not leave immediately, from a summary view I accept I had no other choice. Apartment without air conditioning with a fan, dirty kitchen (it's little to say), cabinets, knob, washing machine so greasy that the fingers remained sticky, sink that I do not know how to call it dirty placemat, dirty bathroom, windows with cobwebs instead of curtains and people passing could see safely inside. A nightmare and I am sorry that you can not smell, in the morning I woke up with a gentleman who watched me sleep full of mosquito bites and a headache to go crazy for both the smell and the fan I attach photos. I hope they help someone not to have the same experience as me

Never again !

I don't even know how to begin to say how many things went wrong in my living room. I was in Messina for two days with my mother for some medical visits. Check in was supposed to be until 10.30pm but this wasn't the case, and they charged me for the stay on the card used for the booking when I had made an explicit request to pay at the facility (I would have arrived by 10.30pm). They say they called me and I didn't answer but we were in contact on WhatsApp so they could have notified me but they didn't. First offense, charging without permission.
Then, the television in the room was not working, my 69-year-old mother had a television program to watch on the evening of arrival and was unable to. Two miserable sachets of shampoo are all the products they left for us to wash together in June in Sicily. Hand soap diluted with water.
Improbable pillows that I had to ball up to be able to sleep at least decently, breakfast at an all-time low with packaged croissants. I didn't even want to go to reception.
Parking in the area impossible, at least 15 minutes of searching each time.
The only positive note? That my mother and I had a place to go back to sleep in the evening, but if we ever return to Messina, I would NEVER return to this establishment.
