A hotel worthy of its stars. Fantastic place with competent, kind staff and all the positive adjectives one can give. Location beyond all expectations. Stunning. The garden is impeccable. I will definitely return.

A lovely stay

Service from check in to check out was superb. Housekeeping also very good as well as quality of rooms, mainly thanks to signature FS bed.
A beautifully positioned historical building whose history we respect and loved witnessing it during our stay. Happy the rooms were renovated and I wish also the fitness room would be renovated soon.
The spa service was incredible.
What we lacked was a f&b options and we are sorry to eat pasta or pizza that we d expect everywhere but in Italy to be this average.
Hopefully breakfast will be improved as at the moment a lot to wish for.
We d be back due to the brand and service but would eat always outside of the hotel.

Truly an extraordinary experience.

The Four Seasons Milan represents one of the highest expressions of luxury hospitality in Italy. Located in a privileged position, just a few steps from Via Montenapoleone, it perfectly combines the historical charm of the ancient convent that houses it with contemporary elegance and comfort.
The rooms and suites are refined, impeccably maintained, and characterized by a truly rare attention to detail. The common areas convey a sense of tranquility and privacy that is hard to find in a dynamic city like Milan.
The service is the true strength of the establishment: professional, discreet, and always present without ever being intrusive. Every request is handled with ease and precision, making the guest feel genuinely welcomed.
The gastronomic offerings and the spa are also excellent, representing an oasis of relaxation in the city center.
An iconic address that continues to uphold the standards for which the Four Seasons brand is known worldwide. A stay that leaves a desire to return.

Nice hotel, but if problems with room service

Relaxed at the hotel from April 16 to 21 in room 124. The hotel itself is nice, pleasant, the staff is polite and attentive. One point, however, greatly clouded the overall impression of the stay and vacation in general. I used the room service to pre-order food. Each time there were problems due to the hotel: underweight portions, confusion in orders (arrived wrong). But the most unpleasant thing was the situation with one of the orders: I waited 2.5 hours beyond the scheduled time. The first part was delivered 1.5 hours after the agreed time with the hotel, the second part was delivered another hour after the first. Because of this delay, I had to postpone the tour and the transfer was waiting for me the whole time, which caused further inconvenience and ruined the schedule.
So the hotel left a mixed impression. It's a shame if this was all about someone in particular, because the hotel is really worthwhile.

All went well till we had an issue with our food, then came the silent treatment.

I’d like to address our visit to the restaurant. My grandfather who is 88 years old wanted to have a fancy dinner at the four seasons hotel, initially all staff on the bar side of the restaurant were extremely accommodating and catered to our wants/needs. After we had our before dinner cocktails we went to the restaurant for dinner. My grandfather ordered a ribeye steak, when the steak was severed it was so tough he couldn’t chew/or cut the steak. So he talked to our waiter and he suggested a filet. After the filet came he had one bite of his steak and pushed it to the side. Our waiter walked pasted our table several times without asking how his steak was, he was dissatisfied with the cut of meat also being tough. 30 mins went by and still the waiter did not check in with our table. We had to ask another sever to find him. Still took ages for him to turn up, finally i had enough and went up to him and said we were done. We wanted to pay and leave. He refused to take the steak off the bill which had one bite out of, with loads of attitude and a disrespectful manor. “Pay for the whole bill or just don’t pay at all, it’s not my problem” The manager did take them both off our bill but our dinner/night was ruined by our server. Now we understand not to order streaks in Italy but the way this was handled was unacceptable, this server is not acting in the interest of the four seasons hotel/ business. We won’t be coming back.
