Buenos apartamentos cerca de la estación Central

Estuve en navidad en este apartamento. Esta a 15 minutos andando de la estación central. El apartamento es nuevo y esta bien equipado.
A el se accede por una calle cerrada particular, que la primera vez que vas alli te cuesta encontrar (y los responsables de la empresa tampoco te explican correctamente como llegar (como por ejemplo con un plano)).
En el apartamento el dia que llegamos hacia bastante frio y no habia mantas para todos los que habiamos contratado, por lo que tuvimos que poner varias sabanas y toallas para que no tuviesen frio.
Esta cerca de una estación de metro de Loreto.
No le pongo la maxima puntuación por estos temas.

We don't like it much

The location was good.
The accommodation smelled bad, they left only 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days, the hot water sometimes did not give and was not very clean.

DISASTER BENGONZOLI PLACE

During our check in we asked for a second key and in order to get it we had to pay 50 euro as guarantee. ( i booked a room for two people).
The first disappointment came with the broken elevator. Just note i was at the same place one and a half months ago and the elevator was out of order since then. i gave them then the benefit of a doubt.
Entering the room to arrange our things the drawer in the wardrobe was broken.
we tried to make a coffee the kettle was not working. we tried to boiled water on electric cooker which was not working as well. we used the microwave to boil water for our coffee. i tried to wash our cups and the kitchen sponge had hair on it.
Τhe water in the bathroom was either hot or cold, not even a soap holder.
5 Days nobody came at least to change the towels..... so more
if you can avoid the premises, please do....

Ho prenotato un appartamento, per motivi lavororativi, per i miei datori di lavoro. Premetto che quando sono arrivati sono dovuti andare a ritirare le chiavi alla stazione perché non si è fatto trovare nessuno nell’appartamento, ma la cosa peggiore è che hanno trovato il divano letto senza preparare, come era stato chiesto esplicitamente nella prenotazione. Nonostante le telefonate e le e-mail, non si sono neanche preoccupati di provvedere a fornire le lenzuola. Uno dei due uomini, ha dovuto dormire sul divano senza lenzuola. Per non parlare del fatto che si fatica a comunicare con qualcuno.
