Excellent hotel with lovely staff.

A great hotel to stay in with excellent rooms and location Cant recommend highly enough.Staff were so friendly and helpful especially when I lost my luggage and they phoned bus company and taxi to retrieve this.Nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you I look foward to staying again and seeing you all.

A terrifying stay in the heat

Upon arrival, everything seems fine, even though they tell me that to reach my room from the reception, I have to take two elevators and pass through an outdoor courtyard.... I arrived, and as soon as I turned on the air conditioning, I noticed a strong condensation. Unfortunately, the same air conditioning would stop working after a few days, and for three consecutive nights, they did not repair the air conditioning, nor did they change my room because they were all occupied, even though I never saw anyone leave in front of me. The heat was terrible in that room; they didn't even provide me with a fan. Moreover, the bed didn't even have a cotton sheet; you either used the duvet (with 95 degrees Fahrenheit) or you were uncovered.

Very good option.

Very good option near Milano Centrale. Only 10 minutes by metro. Quiet for resting. Excellent service. The check-out was at 11, but they allowed me a late check-out until 12. There is complimentary water, gestures that are appreciated. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are not many options for dinner around, but it is not a problem. Without a doubt, I would return.

Mis- sold, no air conditioning available

The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning, but it was not working during our stay. We were informed that it is a central system and had not been switched on. The room temperature was around 28°C, which made the stay very uncomfortable. This should be clearly communicated, as the facility is listed but not actually available.”

Terrible Front Desk Experience — Vacation Ruined

I want to share an extremely unpleasant experience that completely ruined my impression of this hotel. Late at night, around 12:30 AM, I returned to the hotel with my girlfriend. At the entrance, we were stopped by a front desk employee who demanded to see a passport. We calmly explained that the passport was in our suitcase in the room and that we would go up to get it.
Instead of showing any understanding, the staff member acted extremely rudely. While we took the elevator up to our floor, he ran up the stairs after us, blocked our path, and threatened to call the police if my girlfriend entered the room. We explained once again that we simply needed to get the passport from the suitcase, but were met with more threats.
Rather than letting us go up and retrieve the document, this employee forced my girlfriend to return to the reception desk, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase down myself so she could search for her passport in front of everyone in the lobby. Again — all of this happened after midnight, when we were exhausted and simply wanted to get some rest.
I’ve never encountered such rudeness and disrespect from hotel staff. To make matters worse, when we asked him to identify himself, he outright refused to give his name — which already speaks volumes about his professionalism.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should never happen in a hotel that claims to value its guests. As long as management continues to ignore such incidents and hires people who clearly lack basic customer service skills, I absolutely cannot and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I urge the hotel administration to take action, or more negative reviews and a damaged reputation will surely follow
