Perfect place to have uninterrupted sleep.
The apartment is very clean. I'm impressed with the towels as they are very white and you can smell it's very clean. Also the sheets and pillows are nice and comfortable. They have nice kitchen with complete utensils which is good. The place is very very quiet. I slept very well and woke up already bec the apartment is really peaceful.

Weekend stay in Milan
Perfect place for a weekend stay - very close to the city centre (approx. 20 min walk to Duomo), great cafes and restaurants nearby. More of a residential area than tourist.
Next door to the prison that is heavily guarded - safe with police patrols around. Little kitchenette that's very handy and the duplex is perfect as it gives a lot of space in separating the main bedroom from living room/kitchenette area.

Great experience
Very nice, functional and quiet apartment in a unique building.
Excellent communication with the owner and full availability for check-in.
Very kind even the girl who welcomed me.

Very satisfied
Very welcoming, thoughtful environment. Apartment on two levels. Very practical and functional. Excellent location. We had a very good time, the building in which it is located is truly beautiful. The owner is very kind. I will return and recommend it.

Unreasonable and unfortunate response to COV19
We had booked Suitime about 6 months in advance to attend a tradeshow in April. The rates during the conference were 3-4x of normal, and we booked a nonrefundable room. The reviews and photos looked good and comfortable for our stay.
Then- COV19 arrived, we hesitantly watched, and eventually our tradeshow was cancelled delayed to July. We were forced to cancel our entire trip, which was a major disappointment. Fortunately, we were able to work out cancellations and refunds with all of our hotel and transportation agreements- EXCEPT SUITIME.
When I became aware of the tradeshow cancellation, I immediately cancelled the booking and reached out to Hotels.com for a refund/credit. The hotel responded this was not possible, and rebooked us for the new date in July, when we were unable to travel. I expressed this, and they responded that I could rebook IF and ONLY IF another guest booked all of the exact same dates. By now the rest is history, we were not allowed to travel to Italy, none of this was our fault, or choice. We tried many times to work this out with Suitime, Hotels.com, and even our business Visa. At the end of the day, we were denied any kind of refund or reasonable accommodation.
While my heart goes out to the people of Italy during this crisis, this is definitely not the ethical way to handle the situation. They felt it was more important to keep the funds collected for "surge pricing" than it was to treat their customer right. While it might be easy to say, well, they were desperate, and needed the money, the flip side of the coin is that due to COV19, my business also suffered severe revenue declines, down to about 15% of typical. I really could have used the money for rent and groceries, but SUITIME kept the money just the same.
If you choose to book with this company, you need to consider how you may be treated, and even if uncontrollable circumstances, like a world pandemic were to occur, customer service, much less ethics will not be provided. This is a company that will take your money and leave you high and dry.
