Magnifico Monfalcone

Best place to stay in Monfalcone! Such a lovely room, very clean & central. Coffee, tea and some small nibbles for breakfast were also provided. Fabrizio, the owner, is fantastic! Timing worked in my favour and I checked in early. Plus, he let me borrow his bicycle for the entire day as I explored the cycle paths, near beach and town. Grazie mille Fabrizio! I will be back.

I stayed 4 nights with my husband in a double room with external bathroom, while my elderly parents in the room with internal bathroom. As already described to the owner, expectations were unfortunately disappointed in both rooms: lack of cleanliness (we had hair between the sheets and hair at the foot of the bed...), dust on the furniture, rising odors from the drain in the bathroom even though we opened the doors. windows, which had frames with cobwebs (for the external bathroom). We only met the cleaning lady one day, but in addition to making the bed she didn't dedicate herself to cleaning, changing towels, putting back the finished toilet paper or breakfast courtesy set. One morning she also entered the next room waking up whoever lived there, I was awake and I stopped it in time because my husband was getting dressed, I would say that timetables and "do not disturb" stickers for the handles should be given. Personal belongings of little value have disappeared from both bathrooms, but branded, it's ridiculous. The location is excellent, although as mentioned without private parking, but it is not very quiet due to old non-soundproof windows which make you hear vehicular traffic and weekend night noises. Optimal room temperature and hot water, but in the showers there is no support for detergents and they must be placed on the floor, which is not easy for some people with poor mobility. I recommend a close check and greater care by the owner who is very kind and helpful.

Non andateci per favore

Pessima accoglienza.Il proprietario si e' lamentato per aver atteso il nostro arrivo nonostante avessi avvisato dell orario e anche riavvisato per il piccolo ritardo.
Siamo stati comtattati per aver ricevuto recensione 6 su booking.
Sconsiglio questa struttura a tutti.

Dopo 12 anni di soddisfacente attività è la prima volta che ci succede una cosa del genere.Come risposta basterebbe guardare le nostre recensioni ed i nostri voti molto alti,guadagnati con impegno nel tempo.L'ospite in questione ha recensito che la città non offre gran che,giudizio del resto condivisibile.Detto ciò ci siamo permessi di replicare che forse il suo giudizio doveva riguardare la struttura:pulizia,confort,posizione..e non cose di cui non siamo oggettivamente responsabili.Da lì si è scatenato l'inferno con messaggi di replica aggressivi ed imotivati che hanno travalicato un corretto confronto,con espressioni tipo:VI FACCIO CHIUDERE,NON ANDATECI PER FAVORE,IL PROPRIETARIO E'UN PAZZO FURIOSO..Ora chiedo di rimuovere il commento della sig. MARCELLA ,per lo meno le espressioni volgari e fuori luogo e comunque,in mancanza di scuse,ci riserviamo di agire legalmente per calunnia,offese e soprattutto per difendere la nostra onorabilità

Oltre le aspettative!

Confortevole e pulitissimo, accurato nei dettagli, lenzuola e cuscini di ottima fattura, TV in camera e piccola colazione (caffè the e briosche confezionate) a disposizione, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione

Non poteva essere meglio

Ero di passaggio e ho prenotato l’ultimo momento. Posto centralissimo, comodo e facile da raggiungere. Molto pulito, molto accogliente e molto gentili.
Peccato che non potevo fermarmi di più. Ma sicuramente tornerò e manderò tanti amici.
