Dobbiamo tuttavia segnalare la sua recensione in quanto non riporta un periodo preciso in cui Lei sia stato nostro ospite e le eventuali problematiche riscontrate.
Vi è solo un giudizio generico che può essere stato scritto da chiunque senza alcun riscontro oggettivo.

Daily admission.
Once the nice part is over... they do not allow you to bring food inside, which I would say is also correct or at least in line with all the others.
EMBARRASSING AND SHAMEFUL THE BAR.
They are not organized, they respond poorly, you wait even an hour to eat... it is evident that they are not professionals, or if they are, they would not be able to run a bar if it were outside of a complex that forces you to consume food on-site.
Let me preface that whether there are people or not, whether you get your receipt at 12 or 14, they take forever, they have an undersized kitchen and do not hire waiters and cooks.
They manage everything with remote controls but have about 20 for at least 40 tables, and if they run out of remotes, you wait at the cash register until they bring food to a table that returns the remotes.
Question: ARE THESE PEOPLE PROFESSIONALS?
I mean, take more remotes to clear the line; people will wait anyway, but not in the sun, by the way!!
You pay 30 or 35 € depending on Saturday or Sunday, you cannot bring food, you wait a long time, and I must say that the food, considering the prices, is of low quality.
I WILL NOT RETURN AND I WOULD TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO, at least until they change their way of working and especially their arrogance; if you read their responses, they always have an excuse, a reason, or they say that what was said is not true!!
People spend money and must have, moreover, a manager who should be humble; when you have more than 3 negative reviews that say more or less the same thing, they create a reality; besides this, if they do not realize how they are organized and treat customers, I would say they legitimize themselves to do business at the expense of the unfortunate!!
We are a group of families, about 40 people in total, and one by one, they decided not to return.

La ringrazio per aver elogiato la proposta del nostro parco termale ampio e completo Riguardo al servizio bar, replichiamo:
il Bar del parco Termale è disponibile dalle ore 10:00 del mattino alle 22:00 la sera. offre bevande calde e fredde nonchè snacks veloci e primi piatti. Può succedere che nell'orario canonico del pranzo dalle 12.30 alle 14.30 magari in una giornata festiva ci possa essere folla e quindi il servizio possa rallentare e ci dispiace.
il costo dell'ingresso al parco termale è in ogni caso cosa scissa dal servizio bar disponibile agli orari sopra indicati.

la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, ma riteniamo necessario precisare alcuni aspetti descritti in modo poco corretto, così da evitare che chi legge possa farsi un’idea sbagliata della nostra struttura.
La nostra struttura dispone di 3 diverse tipologie di spogliatoi, sia interni che esterni, studiati appositamente per garantire praticità e comfort agli ospiti.
È comprensibile che chi viene per la prima volta possa non conoscere l’organizzazione degli spazi, ma proprio per questo il personale è sempre presente e disponibile a fornire indicazioni e chiarimenti.
Prima di giudicare negativamente un servizio o una struttura, sarebbe opportuno chiedere informazioni, soprattutto quando il personale è a disposizione per assistere gli ospiti durante tutta la permanenza.
Per quanto riguarda accappatoi e teli, la scelta di non includerli nel prezzo dell’ingresso è stata fatta volutamente per permettere a chi desidera spendere meno di usufruire delle terme a una tariffa più conveniente.
Molti ospiti preferiscono portare i propri effetti personali e riteniamo corretto non obbligare tutti a pagare servizi aggiuntivi che potrebbero non utilizzare. Il noleggio resta quindi un servizio opzionale, non un costo “nascosto”.
Le informazioni relative ai servizi e ai relativi costi vengono comunicate e possono essere richieste in qualsiasi momento: sarebbe bastato informarsi prima della visita o chiedere direttamente in struttura, evitando commenti che rischiano semplicemente di screditare il lavoro e l’organizzazione di una realtà che ogni giorno si impegna seriamente per offrire un servizio di qualità.
Accettiamo sempre le critiche costruttive, ma riteniamo importante distinguere tra un reale disservizio e una scelta organizzativa chiara, pensata per lasciare libertà di scelta agli ospiti.
