Positive experience
I had 2 weeks of external mud treatments! Positive experience, excellent relationships with the kind staff! Clean facilities and spacious areas! The exteriors are beautiful, with a pool featuring a hot tub and more! A thank you to Mr. Fabrizio from the mud therapy department for his kindness!

Great choice
I just spent a pleasant stay at this hotel with my daughter. Fortunately I didn't find any negative aspects highlighted in some previous reviews.
The restaurant is up to a four-star rating, we enjoyed the dinner with a buffet of good and varied appetizers. Promptly stocked by friendly and courteous waitstaff. Possibility to choose between 3 first and three second courses of meat, fish and vegetarians.
Desserts and fresh fruit always at the buffet.
Great breakfast, between sweet and savory options there was plenty of choice! Fragrant croissants, three types of fresh cakes, fruit, cheese, cold cuts and more. Self-service drinks but good quality.
As for the pools, they are large enough for the hotel capacity, never crowded with several whirlpool stations, Kneipp path and an original cave at the end of the path. Small but very clean and well organized SPA with two types of sauna, a wet steam cave and Turkish bath. Again never found confusion or crowding as in other facilities.
We finally enjoyed two massages, one anti-stress and one relaxing nothing short of fabulous.
So I recommend booking this property if you want to rest in a quiet and peaceful location and live up to expectations.

WEEKEND MILLEPINI
We stayed in several hotels in Montegrotto. The MIllepini is in a fabulous location, surrounded by nature. Pleasant stay, spacious and comfortable room, good restaurant and enjoyable and welcoming Spa area. Definitely worth repeating.

Weekend ruined
Very disappointing experience: unfortunately not aligned with expectations ..
I state that I am not used to make negative reviews, indeed, I always prefer to enhance the work of the structures that host me.
However, in this case, I feel the need to report several problems found, hoping that they can serve as a stimulus for improvement.
Unfortunately the stay was very far from what was promised when booking on Booking:
• Room and Comfort: The room didn't match the photos seen online at all. We found poor hygiene, with dust everywhere and towels NOT clean. Particularly uncomfortable bed: a "double" consisting of two separate mattresses that tended to move away, as well as being excessively stiff. It was a shame, because the massage I had the day before was completely undone by a night of bad rest.
• Structure and Cleaning: The hotel appears neglected and unfortunately characterized by a very unpleasant smell in various environments. The pool area was also not clean and the sunbeds were cluttered, preventing real relaxation.
• Catering: If dinner was discreet, breakfast was unfortunately insufficient. Despite the schedule, the products were not stocked and the few things left were not up to the cost of the stay.
• Staff and Prices: The staff were very friendly, but it became apparent that they lacked the necessary preparation to run a property that charges such high prices.
The value for money, as it stands, is unfortunately completely disproportionate. I hope that management can intervene soon to bring the facility back to an acceptable standard.
