Satisfied to have understood that not all people are bad.

At this very moment, I want to thank all the staff, and it is only the first day of my stay. This review comes from the heart; feeling at home is something inexplicable, and it has happened to me only a few times in hotels. It is a strong emotion due to the kindness of these people, which is hard to find in the world today. I especially thank Mauro, the only flaw being that he is a Lazio fan, but first and foremost, I thank the two waiters, Shein and Giuliano, who are perfect in every way. The concern of seeing two waiters only because I left a dessert and worrying that it was not liked is something inexplicable. They are kind-hearted people who speak from the heart; they immediately notice if something is going well or not, and they quickly come to apologize for nothing. My best compliments to this staff; I am proud to be Italian with these people. There is no arrogance, no mindset that they have an interest in not working and rushing to clear the plates. Believe me, it is something to learn from. Thank you for what you have conveyed as true people.

Amazing check in with super friendly staff and lovely to our family. Booked a superior room but wasn’t sure it was one and then my mistake I forgot to check in reception. Pool was nice and the view from the structure is very nice.
Breakfast ok, little variety. AC didn’t work very well
Had an issue at midnight where we heard water dripping, waited a while not understanding where it was coming from, told a member staff that it had been going on for an hour and the reply was: hopefully it’s from upstairs, tell reception in the morning.. so we were concerned that we were going to wake up flooded, then realized when the water went off and on again that we could hear that it was the upstairs shower, no problem with that, just that it would have been nice to know what it was.

Highly recommended.

Fabulous hotel. Perhaps a little tired but loads of charm and a wonderful position. The staff are so very friendly and the restaurant serves amazing food and wine at very competitive prices. We were just sorry we only booked for one night. We will return for a longer stay.

Really good.

Very nice hostel. Super very welcoming staff very kind. The meal was delicious. Very good advice. An inn without chichi but really nice.

The structure is nice and they who run it are really nice, but it is a bit dated. With the higher temperatures in our room there were ants, (there is a lot of greenery around), they pested it several times solving the problem a bit. Breakfast is available until 10:30, going down one day at 9:40, we did not find even a croissant. The hot tub doesn't work well, only one vent made bubbles. As for the thermal baths, however, nothing to say, it is the pride of the hotel.
