Amazing.

We booked a room to spend two days in Tuscany on New Year's Eve and this hotel filled our 2026 with joy.
The girl who welcomed us was professional, good, kind, polite and super helpful. The property is in the center of the village, ancient but completely restored, the breakfast room overlooks a beautiful view, as well as our room with balcony. Excellent cleanliness, fragrant sheets, really exceptional.
We will definitely be back❤️

The character of the hotel is everything you’d dream of from a hotel in Tuscany. The staff were helpful and charming. The breakfast and coffee were great. The room was beautiful and clean. We got a room with the balcony and it came with a magnificent view.
The atmosphere of the town was so quiet and peaceful. During our stay we visited a local pizza place named Piru Pizza and it was mouth-watering. We went back twice in a week. I’ll be recommending this hotel for years to come and look forward to going back.

Harassing and embarrassing

The place could also be quaint and panoramic, but the structure and furnishings are dilapidated, not to mention the services virtually absent.
Practically crowded parking lots and difficulties even for a motorcycle.
Employees present looked after family members (boyfriends) while neglecting customers.
In particular, the boyfriend of a receptionist, who was noticeably drunk, shouted and disturbed in a harassing way late in the evening.
Coming with family and any children is quite embarrassing given the words that flew between the two.
I understand that employees can live inside the hotel (perhaps they come from far away) but care would be taken not to disturb customers.
Seeing the receptionist come out drunk and leave screaming and honking her car horn at night is not pleasant.
Having said that I would add that the reception is closed at night as well as the entrance door.
My wife and I had difficulty getting back in due to problems with the lock on the back door, fortunately a kind local gentleman offered us help.
The only positive note was the kindness of the lady who serves breakfasts and cleans.
An experience not to be repeated, and I do not wish it to anyone.

Relaxation, friendliness and beautiful sunsets

Hotel well-kept in every detail, with breathtaking views and swimming pool on the terrace to admire the sunsets. The girls at reception are very professional, super organized and friendly. Highly recommended, also for the proximity to Pisa and Florence.
