Travel with friends

I had a great time slept very well excellent cleanliness and welcome service great highly recommend going there. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar eaten really well, great quality. I recommend maltagliati with wild boar ragout Ela grilled meat

HOTEL STAY

We were very disappointed with this hotel operation. The hotel owner is a friendly, hardworking, and dedicated person. However, like unfortunately many others in the hotel and hospitality industry, he has some staffing issues. The way customers are sometimes treated was unfortunately completely incomprehensible to us. There is a lack of flexibility and professionalism in dealing with guests. Specific example: On the last day, we were asked to have breakfast by 9:00 AM at the latest (according to house rules, it was possible until 9:30 AM). After breakfast, we returned to the room. Already after 20 minutes, there were two firm knocks on our room door (either from a maid or from the receptionist - we unfortunately have not figured that out yet....) and we were informed that we should leave the room immediately because it apparently is needed.....?! Needed by 9:30 AM for what?! An absolute outrage! Outrageous! Check-out according to house rules is at 10:30 AM. Check-in for new guests is from 2:00 PM.......We had to quickly pack our bags, leave the room, and pay the hotel bill at the reception. The receptionist then merely informed us in a completely arrogant manner that today (it was a Monday) there was no other option but to leave the room early. We were indeed informed by her about this two days prior......The fact is: We knew nothing about it at all! The only mention was of breakfast until 9:00 AM...... It was only the hotel owner, whom we called for a statement on the same day around noon, who apologized multiple times (for the behavior of his staff). The entire matter could have been handled and organized quite differently. But there was absolutely no willingness on the part of the receptionist, whose only goal was for us to leave the hotel as quickly as possible......Insanity! It cannot be that one has to leave a room that was reserved and paid for until 10:30 AM by 9:30 AM quickly and with stress.....What is that about? Incredibly simple! As already mentioned, this hotel operation lacks flexibility, professionalism, and also appropriate training in dealing with guests. Absolutely no comparison with hotel operations in Austria and Switzerland! There, we have had completely different experiences in hotels! A different world! Something like what happened at the "Ai tre amici" hotel in Mortegliano has never happened to us in any other hotel! Absolutely unacceptable! You all have a lot to learn! Please send your staff for training and internships in Austria or Switzerland!

extremely kind

i am partly disabled and are therefore in Need of help was offered a large room at the ground floor also bathroom was very large could walk from there direct to the car also easy to reach breakfast and Dining room personell and owner were very helpfull can highly recommend this Little hotel

Very friendly staff and accommodating.. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff did a good job of support.
