It is a pity that we only stopped here while passing through.
We can only agree with everything that has already been written in positive reviews.
We are glad to have spent two more nights here, with relaxing hours in the wellness area and in the garden and a very good menu in the evening.
The attention to detail is truly impressive. Our dog was also well taken care of.
We will come back and then for longer.

Es freut uns ganz besonders, dass wir Sie am Ende Ihrer Reise noch einmal positiv überraschen konnten und Sie Ihre beiden Nächte bei uns so genossen haben.
Wie schön, dass Sie entspannte Stunden in unserem Wellnessbereich und im Garten verbringen konnten und auch das Abendmenü sowie die Liebe zum Detail in unserem Haus in so guter Erinnerung behalten. Dass sich zudem Ihr Hund bei uns bestens versorgt gefühlt hat, freut uns sehr.

Siamo davvero felici che il vostro soggiorno sia stato un momento di relax, accoglienza e libertà. Sapere che non vi siete sentiti semplicemente “ospiti”, ma a vostro agio nel vivere la nostra casa con naturalezza, è per noi uno dei complimenti più belli.
Un grazie speciale anche per le parole dedicate al nostro ristorante stellato. La qualità, l’unicità dei piatti e l’esperienza di gusto sono aspetti a cui teniamo moltissimo, e leggere che vi abbiano lasciato così soddisfatti ci riempie di gioia.

The cuisine is excellent and attention to every detail; very good wine list.
Breakfast in the morning and snack in the afternoon, are two appointments that you can not miss.
Excellent service of the waiting staff, always attentive and courteous.
Delicious spa with swimming pool to ensure your relaxation after snow activities.
Comfortable and spacious rooms with very clean environments.

Sapere che ha scelto di tornare allo Stafler per una vacanza con amici e che ancora una volta si è sentito pienamente soddisfatto ci riempie di orgoglio. La cucina curata nei minimi dettagli, la nostra carta dei vini, la colazione del mattino e la merenda del pomeriggio sono momenti a cui dedichiamo tanta passione – ed è una gioia sapere che li abbia vissuti come appuntamenti imperdibili.
Un grazie speciale anche per le Sue parole sul nostro personale di sala: l’attenzione e la cortesia sono valori che cerchiamo di trasmettere ogni giorno con autenticità.
Siamo felici che abbia trovato relax nella nostra spa dopo le attività sulla neve e che abbia apprezzato il comfort e la pulizia delle camere – per noi il benessere degli ospiti è fondamentale.

Repeat offenders
We are once again guests at this beautiful hotel! The question of why is unnecessary! Because it's just beautiful. All the more surprised we are what led the testers of the Michelin to rate the still impeccable performance of the kitchen and Service with one star less??? We feel that this is just an incentive for the people acting in the hotel to convince the testers that the last review was a slip. Anyway, we wish the whole team every success in the fight for the 2. Michelin star!!!
