I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent stay booked through your platform.
The address provided for the guesthouse did not match the one listed on Trip.com. Due to this discrepancy, we spent a significant amount of time searching for the correct location, which resulted in unnecessary stress and loss of valuable time.
Please contact the guesthouse to verify their actual location and update the information on your website accordingly to prevent future inconvenience for other travelers.
Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning, which caused further discomfort during our stay. Overall, the condition of the guesthouse and the services provided did not reflect the price we paid.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and inform us of the outcome. We would also appreciate it if compensation could be considered for the inconvenience caused.
