A treat!

The staff is a feather in the cap of Naples!
It is my go-to place every time I go to Naples!
The rooms are spotless, the bathrooms sanitized to exhaustion!
However, I want to thank you in person for welcoming me without notice on July 31st at 7 in the morning, giving me peace and relief after a nightmare night at another adjacent facility!!!

To be avoided absolutely

My experience at the Hotel Eden was extremely negative and, although it is a one-night stay, I think it is right to report a number of problems that I consider unacceptable for a hotel.
I chose this hotel mainly for its location, particularly convenient having to arrive at the airport in the evening and take the train the next morning. The reservation was made through Agoda, where the indicated price includes all taxes and surcharges. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were instead required to pay an additional fee, which was not negligible and, above all, without a clear and satisfactory explanation.
To the request for clarification, the reply received was simply: “I’m just an employee of the hotel.” A totally inadequate answer, especially considering that the customer has the right to receive transparent explanations regarding the amounts that are required of him.
In addition, we were not even provided with water that, according to the standards of a paid hotel, should have been included in the stay.
To make the situation even more serious were the cleaning conditions of the room: we found two half-worn cigarettes, an obvious sign of a cleaning carried out in an extremely superficial way (always if carried out). Such a finding is simply unacceptable inside a room that should be properly sanitized and checked before guests arrive.
Overall, I consider the value for money to be absolutely unsatisfactory (although there is no way to talk about quality) and the experience well below the standards you would expect from an accommodation facility. The convenient location cannot justify either the lack of transparency about costs, the lack of attention to the customer, nor such poor cleaning conditions.
I highly recommend this property. Even for a simple one-night stay, I think it is preferable to look for an alternative: personally, I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to other travelers, indeed I highly recommend avoiding it.

Hotel near the central station.

I stayed at the Eden hotel for 1 night; I chose it for its proximity to the Business Center where I had to go the next morning. Despite the negative reviews, I found the staff at the reception to be kind, the room clean, and the bathroom large and well-equipped. Breakfast was not included, but this was well communicated in the booking. I will definitely return.
