Very good,

Really good starter and first course, although the pasta with porcini mushrooms was a little dry, but flavor-wise we were very satisfied. We ate with a beautiful view of the lake and recommend it, solar and helpful staff:)

The very nice location, as for the room, if you suffer from heart do not book suite 05, get there with all those stairs is a feat. In the reservation it said with lake view, the only thing you could see were the roofs. Spacious inside had the kitchen space, but unfortunately fake. Because there was nothing inside. Given the difficulty of going out and climbing at least one kettle and two cups would not have been bad. Overall a nice accommodation, but really tiring to reach

Truly idyllic

Two nights spent in this idyllic little town overlooking Lago di Nemi. Just the thing to help you unwind. Specchio di Diana run by the charming and effervescent Giada and her husband Ian, complimented our enjoyment providing excellent accommodation and very good service. The original concept with this establishment provides well-appointed indipendent suites, most with breath-taking views of the lake. The bar and restaurant is the centre of this operation providing excellent fare with tables on an outside terrace exploiting the panorama that must be seen to be believed...all this at very reasonable prices.

an excellent address with a very good restaurant.

lovely hotel with a great view on the lake from our window in room 4 on the 3rd floor. We appreciated the excellent restaurant with traditional Italian dishes....breakfast was very enjoyable outside on the terrace, included in our room rate. the staff members were all very friendly and efficient. We had a very enjoyable 2 days stay here and would recommend this excellent hotel and restaurant.

lovely view in a picturesque village

This B&B actually consists of a number of suites spread out over various buildings in the historical centre of Nemi, rather than having a number of rooms in the same building. Whilst traffic into the historical centre is limited, and it may thus be a bit difficult to carry heavy lugguage, this also helps to preserve the centre. The view from the room we had over the lake was spectacular. The suite itself was nicely decorated, with a large balcony.
Nemi itself is a small village, but is one of the most pictereque of the Castelli Romani area, and at the same time has a number of restaurants, bars and other shops, besides an amazing view over the lake.
The hotel owners and staff are very nice and friendly - their restaurant is very popular with the locals and offers decent prices and good food.
