horrible.

HORRIBLE,
Showers crack your skin from too much water pressure and flushing overload leaves droppings on the surface, rooms smelly of excrements and sleeping on those beds is worse than sleeping on the streets.
Very noisy air conditioner and non-existent bathroom window.
Poor frozen food after request to change the pasta dressing was washed.
Unkind multinational waiters who do not speak Italian.
Unchanged tablecloths, cheap plates dirty cutlery and dirty glasses.
Very heavy and dangerous keys very uncomfortable to keep in your pocket.
Cleaners do not clean the towels and leave them wet in the rooms.
Rooms subject to arachnid infestations.
The warden enters the rooms discriminating against lgbtq plus couples and even black people.
Recycled breakfast and malfunctioning machines.

Not recommended

DO NOT COME HERE.
If you really have to stay in a place near Turin don't choose this one. Rude staff and the gentleman at the reception very rude towards the boys.
Restaurant area really very questionable. Decent breakfast, but really horrible dinner. Pre-cooked and poor food and then complain that the boys order takeout after dinner. At the first dinner we found in the second a skewer with pork still raw, so if eaten it would be harmful to our health. There is no care in catering and they do not give a damn what they feed guests. Only at the second dinner we started eating almost decent food, but only because we informed our agency that organized the trip which consequently contacted the hotel and improved, even if slightly, our dinner. A friend of ours with a tomato allergy was deprived of food because they served him a raw, tasteless and consequently inedible blank pasta FOR ALL THREE DINNERS.
The only positive note, the rooms were well looked after and the bed was comfortable. But the problem is that the good thing about this hotel was just the last point I mentioned.
That said, I strongly advise against staying here, rather go to the nuns or a hostel. I hope these words will help both those who would like to come here and the staff members who are reading to understand some of the mistakes they are making in their running of the business.

absolute disgust

I stayed at this hotel during a school trip and the experience was really bad. My bedroom window would not close, which made it impossible to maintain a reasonable temperature. In the bathroom and shower the water was always cold, so it was difficult to wash. The cushions had blood stains or obvious dirt, an unacceptable situation in a place that should guarantee hygiene and safety. The staff, including the owners, were very rude and rude. The situation got worse when we returned in the evening, the students were searched for no reason, and this behavior was completely out of place. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel: the quality of services, cleanliness and treatment of guests were really poor.
