dated rooms, just enter the lobby smells old and moldy and also there is heavy air almost to make your head spin, the television had modified channels and usually they did not even take well, you had to insert the cables well and even modify some, the window has no protection and to open it every time there is a difficulty because broken, red carpet floor to unmask the accumulated dirt, not to mention the bathroom: very small, dirty and also the shower was full of limestone and the shower worked badly. the antique hairdryer is dusty and an indescribable toilet. you do not need to add furniture or anything else you need to first fix the rooms and clean them then decorate them. the food is bad, cutlets impossible to cut, restaurant (if you can call it that) closed from 21:30 and also for breakfast there are always the same foods in the buffet prepared in front of everyone the night before and uncovered, in fact no one made good use of it and remained there throughout breakfast, almost from prison, not to mention the prices, sparkling water from even 1 liter to 3 euros, if you do not stock up from neighboring shops you find yourself at night quenched. Terribly run down- we left right away

We checked in, went to room, and checked out.
Run down, dirty. I thought it was closed from the outside. Nobody else there. Delta airlines cancelled our flight and put us there. We went to another place in Catana

Nice hotel near Catania and Etna

The services were excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Dinner at the restaurant was plentiful and tasty, with quick service. The buffet breakfast was abundant and offered a wide variety of options.

Worst past experience in Italy

We stayed 5 nights and it was a sad weekend very dirty bathroom, old and poorly maintained, very poorly insulated room, shabby breakfast, rashes definitely due to bedbugs
