Beautiful, clean and friendly
We have stayed at this B&B we loved it. A great price and beautiful rooms. I would highly recommend you stay here if you are in the area.
The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Two nice bars close by and a grocery store down the street

Bad.
Very bad... dilapidated room, dirty, the shower head full of limestone where the water coming out of the nozzles went in a completely different direction, no bidet in the room (we are not in France but in Italy).
Third bed a cot that as you turned your feet closed and you remained legs up in the air.
icing on the cake for breakfast no assistance but everything DIY, with lack primarily of water to drink there was no trace, little choice as breakfast items, rusks that would expire after 3 days of stay, poor packaged snacks, fresh fruit nothing except Chinese mandarins that no one eats them, only positive note espresso.
If you have children stay away from me

Bad experience in Noale
We can't understand the ratings received so far, inside in plain sight there were signs from Booking.com reporting very high ratings (9.6), but honestly we don't feel like giving more than 6.9!!!!!
First of all, as soon as we arrived, a gentleman as soon as he opened the door of the BB asked us for money, cash, and this in itself gave a bad impression.
The do-it-yourself breakfast was painful to say the least, basically you had to make do with everything, you had to choose between four packaged croissants, figure out where the glasses are, the water was in the corner on the floor of the kitchen, we had to read the instructions to make it the coffee because no one explained anything, in short, perhaps it is better to review the service.
Furthermore, and this has nothing to do with the owners, the following day before 7 in the morning a gardener started working with a chainsaw to cut the hedge in front of the room, so I leave any evaluation to you.
If we were to return to Noale, we would certainly look for another solution.

Fantastic & Friendly Little B&B
We stayed here for three nights with our two children and my parents. Martina, the owner was very friendly & helpful. The rooms in the house are beautiful, bright and spotless. There is nice dining area where we had delicious breakfasts of pastries, fruit, youghurt, cereal and coffee. The garden has a small table and chairs and is lovely to sit out in. Next door there is a lively winebar which unfortunately we didn't get to try.
We were so glad we stayed in Noale rather than Venice. It is a pretty town, which has great restaurants and the people were very friendly. It was easy to get to from Treviso airport by bus and it was just a 30 minute train ride into Venice.

Best choice for Venice, out of Venice.
If your looking to stay outside of Venice (if your driving like we did.) this is a great choice.
This was one of the best places we stayed on our whole trip.
The lovely Martina was so friendly & welcoming when we arrived after a long days driving, we wanted to stay longer.
The B&B is so lovely, the design throughout was stunning, with impeccable taste. It clearly has had a lot of thought put into it & items sourced from all over. (Martina clearly loves shopping.)
The rooms were lovely & quiet, big high ceilings etc. An extra bed was added for our Daughter.
The breakfast was a great relaxed affair. A lot of choice, with fresh pastries & good coffee.
The train station is a 15 minute walk through the lovely medieval town.
Some nice restaurants set around a square & an old historical Castle.
The trip into Venice doesn't take long & is cheap with last train back about 21.30.
The day we left there was a big market to explore & we wish we had another day to stay & relax.
A good base to explore Venice away from the crowds.
