Excellent

Unpretentious but has the essentials, including the courtesy and kindness of the owners, which is not taken for granted. Great for motorcyclists since there is internal parking.

A weekend at a friend's house.

We were guests at the B&B for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. The B&B is very welcoming and clean, just a short distance from the center of Norcia, the breakfast is rich and good with Orietta, the caring hostess's cakes, and Roberto is always ready with his advice that introduces you to spectacular villages. We will return.

Positive experience

Cozy and spotless place, kindness and availability, we had a great time!
Breakfast with local products and homemade cakes the thing I loved the most!
I recommend it and if I return to Norcia I would definitely rebook here!

Great accommodation, especially with children.

Beautiful rustic property just outside Norcia, clean and cozy. Provided with private parking and large outdoor garden certainly very pleasant in summer, especially in the presence of children. Cosy room with minimal bathroom. Large and cozy breakfast area that the owner takes care of with homemade preparations. Hospitality guaranteed at an average price. Recommended.

A pleasant surprise

Very nice location both inside,
rooms and common areas that outside a beautiful garden where you can relax, convenient to reach Norcia in a few minutes. Note of merit to the delicious breakfasts personally prepared by the owner.
If you pass by here I suggest you stop here
