Relaxation, good food, and an ideal location to see some "treasures" and the Val d'Ega.

Excellent location halfway between Carezza and Nova Levante, convenient and also allowing you to enjoy a beautiful view of the Latemar. Clean and well-maintained rooms and common areas.
A positive note is the kindness and helpfulness of the managers and the entire staff. We also really appreciated the cuisine, which was varied and of high quality.
Overall, a completely positive experience and in line with what we expected.
I would return if I needed another place to stay in the area!

Cute.

We stayed five days in this hotel just steps from Lake Carezza. The hotel overlooks the Latemar, the rooms overlook the mountain. The rooms are very nice, with the structure of the pine log bed. The staff struggle to speak Italian, kind and discreet. The food is excellent, comes 39€ for dinner with first course and dessert. Good breakfast. The parking is not very large, there is plenty of space for motorcycles but a dozen for cars. Right outside the hotel there is a bus stop that leads to Bolzano or San Giovanni di Fassa. The hotel does not provide much soap and shower shampoo, so it is strongly recommended to bring them from home.

For a 3 star house outstandingly good and quite on 4 star level

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The hoteliers SONJA & ALBRECHT are always present and mega friendly. The hotel is run by them with a lot of love. The lobby invites with comfortable seating areas and the music is suitable for a biker hotel. Our room 203 was very large and spacious and it offered plenty of space. There were enough hangers and drawers. The bathroom was modern and stylish and above all clean. The bed (mattress) very comfortable and the smell of wood throughout the room was very pleasant. I liked the sauna, especially the hay sauna. Dinner was always a highlight - 5 courses and every course was a treat. Breakfast was great, although often the juices or plates were empty here and you had to address it until you noticed it. All but not tragic. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Good location on the Karer Pass

We chose the hotel for our road bike week dolomites. As for cycling, there is a bike garage, washing area and also some tools. The staff is mega friendly and helpful. The proposed hike at the Rosengarten was a hit. Half board was fine. However, the three gears are not always enough if you have been cycling all day. The salad buffet, however, compensates a lot, as pasta salad and potato salad are also available here. The room was in the attic and very warm (. No air conditioning). Refrigerator and safe were also not available. The shower is pretty tight. In the parking lot, it can sometimes be tight. The rooms facing the pass road are already noisy, that the pass is very busy.

A cold night

We stayed at this hotel for one night only for a romantic weekend. Reception nonexistent, they did not even tell us where the room was. In room c was the window open with -4 , the heating was not going , it had frozen, I had to get off a bathrobe to get us an electric heater (then it unlocked late in the evening) a brochure only in German, no phone to communicate with the reception. The small and super full spa, the cold outdoor whirlpool water, cold relaxation area. Varied breakfast but not replenished, when we arrived at about 8 am, all the croissants and various cakes were gone. At checkout they didn't ask us anything or if we found ourselves well, they presented us with the bill and hello. The only positive note the room was large and clean, for what we paid the service was not adequate.
