Rural tourism of very good quality

Corrado is a very nice person, kind, simple, down-to-earth, very helpful, and makes you feel at home. The facility is equipped for all services, specialized in camper stops, and also has very cozy and clean apartments and rooms. The property itself is a gem and very well-kept with many unique country items. The bed is comfortable; if it gets very hot, there are air conditioning units in the room, but they are very noisy, making it difficult to sleep because if it is extremely hot, you need to keep them on all the time, and the noise is the same whether set to low or high. For the bathroom, you need to go up some stairs; it is not in the room, but it is very nice and characteristic and equipped with everything. It is a property within nature and surrounded by olive trees; one must take into account that you are immersed in nature, and sleeping with the windows open is highly discouraged for me, as there are no screens, and this is something that could be improved. They may have been present in the past, but they should be repaired. We can categorize this structure as high-quality rural tourism; it is simple but offers peace and tranquility. The structure also allows for maximum safety, especially for the vehicle, which can be parked conveniently and securely. The pool area is comfortable and spacious, with showers, changing rooms, and restrooms, all very clean with hot water.

Great stay in

Very nice and clean panoramic pool with clean and comfortable bathrooms and shower. Beautiful accommodation renovated with attention to the typical elements of the local farmhouses and tastefully decorated. Great communication in the booking. Corrado friendly and helpful and very good at recommending restaurants in the area.

Congratulations

We stayed here one night, in a camper, noticing the sign on the road.
The owner gave us gate code via phone and we entered independently. The place is really nice, you breathe peace and relaxation.
My boys immediately took a bath in the beautiful pool, which was all for us. clean and well maintained showers.
Prezzo onestissimo!!!! Too bad we only stayed one night.
Corrado told me he will add RV loading/unloading and shaded areas.

Country house out of a dream

We arrived at Al Casolare 1 hour earlier than expected, but already the manager was there to greet us and show us in and help us find the location since it doesn't have an exact address. As soon as you drive into the gates, you're on Gran Sasso National Park territory. The land is full of olive and almond trees with mountains all around. The manager also offered to call and see about making a reservation at the best nearby restaurant, which appears on the Michelin Guide because of its local, organic offerings.
We chose Al Casolare because of its great prices and also because they allow dogs. We were able to bring our mellow Maremmano with us.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. At night, the lights hanging around the property made it seem like you were in a dream.
Highly recommended!
