Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this hotel! We were there June 24-29. We had a double room with queen bed and balcony. We were very happy with the choice of using this hotel as a base for our stay in the Dolomites. The location was fantastic for walking to the three lifts in town and we also used the bus pass that is provided by the hotel. Although we arrived via car, we left it parked in their garage during our entire stay. We got a 3-day Gardena Card and enjoyed using the lifts to take beautiful hikes in the area. The hotel had a nice and filling breakfast. We were very impressed with the woman who managed the hotel - she was so friendly and helpful and really made the entire experience so wonderful. Lodging in this area seems a bit on the expensive side, however we felt it was worth it to stay in a hotel that was so conveniently located.

This place is purposefully annoying

They give you a key with pretty much a brick attached to it. Also, they double charged me on the tourist tax, and after numerous emails and phone calls were made, they have not refunded anything

Weekend on skis

Hotel in a strategic position a few steps from the center of Ortisei and the ski lifts of 'Alpe di Siusi and Seceda but absolutely quiet. Waking up to birdsong is priceless. Spacious rooms spotless and with a fantastic panoramic view. Breakfast with good products. A 10 to Mrs. Rita who greeted us, solar very kind and super helpful. The only advice we can give is to keep the rooms a little warmer and to raise the level of security of the ski storage. It is definitely a recommended hotel and where we will definitely return for a weekend in the snow.

Super hotel, highly recommended

Great hotel experience! The welcome was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel immediately welcome. Everything was perfectly clean and neatly cared for. The breakfast is fantastic, very extensive. With all kinds of nuts for the yogurt, delicious! Parking is under the hotel inside. The location is also ideal: the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the center, making everything easily accessible. Not via a terrible slope but good to walk. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic.

Delightful hotel in the central area that allows easy access to the Seceda and Alpe di Susy lifts. Clean, comfortable, with discreet and very kind staff.
Hearty breakfast, both sweet and savory, with a wide choice, and use of excellent raw materials.
Experience to repeat and recommend
