Great location

This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the town with great access to buses and lifts. The welcome was warm, the rooms spotlessly clean and the breakfast excellent. Great base and super value for money. The view from the kitchen was very special

Nice hotel centrally located

It is a very nice hotel and has a great location. One can walk around the cute Ortisei since everything it’s very close.
Our apartment was big enough and comfortable.
The breakfast was in a lovely little room and it was very nice.
We were very satisfied. The service was very good and the owner very friendly…
We won’t hesitate returning to it again.

Best Hotel

its my first time to join the Motorcycle Tour with my Husband. We always stop in a place for a overnigth in Hotel. We are very Happy to see this Hotel. Its a perfect location( for restaurants, Bar happy and shoppping of course) even i just done window shopping ,its only a walking distant. The staff are so friendly, its clean and most of all a nice View at your Balcon. The price also is reasonable with breakfast. For sure we will come bavk again..Its a recommended Hotel.

Memorable stay in Ortisei

We based ourselves in Ortisei whilst in the Val Gardena, and spent 3 nights in this hotel. I was intrigued why the last English review on TA dates back to 2015 – judging by the mix of people we met at breakfast, it perhaps draws a larger number of local tourists vs foreigners (which is perfectly fine by me and a positive validation) – the hotel is a real gem. We were met by the friendly owner Walter (speaks perfect English) and immediately provided an upgraded room upon an early check-in.
Location : Located just outside the pedestrianized zone of Ortisei, the location is very central and convenient. Free onsite parking is included.
Stay : We had a room on the top floor (with a slanting ceiling being just under the roof – quirky, not inconvenient) with a balcony offering a scenic view. The room was well furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a good spread- and the freshly baked, super-flaky croissants were exceptional. As residents of the hotel, we received (i) a Val Gardena Activ card which allowed free access to all buses in the region and free/concessional participation in events (ii) free access to the nearby Dolomit spa and pool
Service : Very friendly with personal attention to all guests. Walter was always available, and provided lots of helpful tips around where to visit, trekking and walking routes etc. – we enjoyed our many chats after a day’s explorations.
Overall, a solid, reliable choice for charming Ortisei.

Renovated boutique hotel, very very clean, and centrally located

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable owner. Walter provided us with helpful tips and coupons.
An excellent hub for great hikes in Val Gardena and the Dolomites in general.
Breakfast in calm atmosphere, suitable even to vegans like us.
