Amazing Family Holiday July 2026
We stayed in a well kept and spotless clean duplex little house, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom (with twin 16 year old girls, another bathroom would have been great, but we got on ok) with the ability to cook for ourselves or eat out. Your own garden and balcony, use of two washing machines was great for two weeks. The gardens, pool, and grounds are well kept. Entertainment some evenings, we thoroughly enjoyed the Pasta making. The pool is quite most of the day and evenings busier. The menu for dinner was not for us. We eat out or cooked ourselves. We walked to the local beach you can avail of the little transport train. The local food market 10 mintue walk then onto the beach. 17 mintue drive to Otranto for fab restaurants, beach, shopping, larger supermarkets. Every other day we did a day trip, Andrea gave us so many good recommendations, thank you. We really would recommend.

Now I will tell you things as they really are.
I recently stayed at this resort and would like to share my experience, which unfortunately was mixed.
Let's start with the positive aspects: breakfast is truly the strong point, with a vast selection of sweet and savory options and excellent quality. Lunch was very good, dinner was decent. A special round of applause goes to Antonio, the breakfast waiter, who was wonderful, cheerful, and very friendly. The rest of the meals are also of a good standard and the beach club is very nice. If you are looking for a place where 'relaxation' reigns, the property offers a valid base. Shuttle service to the beach is very convenient and useful for not having to drive the car, and the sea is very beautiful.
Unfortunately, however, the experience is compromised by several critical issues. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired: the floor is not washed well; we even had to leave a note to ask for a more thorough cleaning (under the bidet it was completely dirty-the photo I attached was taken Tuesday, two days after our arrival at our stay because we noticed it later). Furthermore, the lack of screens on the windows forced us to keep the air conditioner on all the time.
Another sore point is the extra costs: having to pay 2.50€ for water, which also seems excessive to me considering the price range of the resort, so everything should have been included in the half-board. Among other things, I would add the lack of a security person to monitor outside the Residence like the other resorts to prevent the entry of people external to them.
Finally, the evening life is practically nonexistent. The resort in the evening seems like a 'morgue': the bar is there but it is almost always turned off or closes early, entertainment is missing, and the few advertised activities are often not carried out or start so early (9:00 PM) that they don't even allow you to finish dinner. The consequence is inevitable: people are forced to go to other nearby resorts to find a bit of music and entertainment. It would be essential to equip the facility with a functional bar that provides entertainment and with real evening programming, otherwise the guest inevitably feels isolated.
Honestly, never again.

Property of the right size where any crowding is not felt
Spacious and well-maintained rooms
Perfect cleanliness
Pool with many lounge chairs where it is not necessary to race to find a spot
Excellent, abundant, and varied breakfast
Beach service and enchanting sea
High-level dinner
Helpful and kind staff
I would say everything is of a superior level; the only advice to give is to provide for the use of fans in the outdoor area of the restaurant because if there are hot and muggy evenings, dinner becomes a bit uncomfortable.
