Perfect stay.

Perfect, clean, and always tidy room, excellent location for walking, you can reach the center of Palermo in a few minutes, friendly and kind staff, everything is perfect.

Fantastic stay

It 'was a wonderful experience, the b & b is located in a strategic place near the Politeama theater and Teatro Massimo, on foot we also reached the Cathedral..... everything perfect: the welcome, cleanliness and location.
for us 10 and Praise!!!!! WELL DESERVED and many Congratulations to Roberto!!!!!!

You should sleep with a construction helmet

Falling plaster, non-existent shower, blocked sink drain, non-existent headboard, hair on the sheets, yellowed pillow, I would like to add arrogant host is rude, it wouldn't take much to make the environment livable, unfortunately there is no intention to do anything . Images that are proposed are not truthful. I strongly advise against it

Hospitality is not their strong point

I rarely leave negative reviews but gratuitous rudeness really annoys me.
Unfortunately, "paying little for little" always turns out to be true. In this case I found the truth of this saying in the lack of availability and hospitality of the owners, and in the high cost of the "extras".
It already made me smile to read that breakfast cost €25 per person per day (evidently done on purpose to force people not to use a service that would be mandatory for a B&B) but for the first time in my life I was asked for €20 € to be able to leave 2 small bags (that is, those included in the Ryanair ticket) on the day of departure so as not to have to carry them around until the plane time.
I travel often and I often go to Palermo and generally in B&Bs everyone leaves a courtesy key to the door to be able to provide this service but they don't, they say they don't have extra keys and since a person has to come to open the door (I knew that one of the requirements of a b&b was to have residence there or in the immediate vicinity) this costs €20.
However, the rudeness had already been noticed by the owner's lack of flexibility via Booking chat when he asked for the arrival time and by the annoyed replies from the mother at check in for the simple fact of having asked to always leave these bags on the morning of the check-in. I arrive.
In addition to this, the room has plaster that is falling apart everywhere (see photo), the wifi was not working, the fixtures are very old and therefore not soundproof, the bathroom tap drained badly and we did not receive any instructions on how and where to leave the keys for check out.
I think that if you are not able to do work in contact with the public, it would be enough to do another job. Obviously I don't recommend it.

A jewel in the heart of Palermo

This was our first trip to Palermo. We didn't know what to expect. This B&B was a recommendation from a co-worker of my cousin who lives in Milan. Roberto, who is the proprietor of this B&B was absolutely outstanding. The B&B is very well located in the heart of Palermo. We were minutes of walking distance to the main boulevard with lots of shopping and dining choices. Because there are only four rooms, it felt like it was our own private apartment. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Each morning Roberto was there with an assortment of traditional Sicilian pastries and breakfast choices. Coffee was made to order with the attention that one would expect from a close friend. Roberto was very knowledgeable of the area and eager to help you get your day started. He told us of many great places to visit and where we could find excellent dining and we were not disappointed. We definitely would recommend this place to everyone and when we visit Sicily again, we will be staying here.
