I returned to Sicily with friends, and I recommended this Airbnb where I had a great time and so was it for them. The hostess was as always very kind and attentive to our needs. He suggested us many places to visit and where to eat excellent food.
The accommodation was clean and bright. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Very polite and the lady of the cleanliness, who took care to keep the rooms clean.
It is equipped with all the amenities stayed surprised my friend from this Airbnb. With its strategic location, which for anyone who does not want to use its own means of transportation.
I will definitely return in the future!

I loved my experience

I had a fantastic experience staying at Sturzo 44 in the center of Palermo. The location is exceptional — right near Teatro Politeama and within walking distance of so many must-see sights like Teatro Massimo, the lively historic streets, and Palermo’s beautiful piazzas. It’s also super well-connected by public transport if you want to explore further out in the city or head to the airport.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and bright, with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the cleaning service was thorough, and the beds were comfortable — perfect after a day of sightseeing.
What really made the stay special was the warm, welcoming host — genuinely friendly and always happy to offer tips about where to eat, what to see, and how to get around Palermo.

Stay away from me.

Bad room bad lady who annoys children and scolded my son because he was sitting in the lobby outside ours waiting for me all the time to slander the daughter-in-law cone if I cared naughty!!! husband a love a victim .. it's been a year I hope he closed for charity

Could Be Improved

I didn’t stay at this B&B. I was passing through the Palermo harbor area while searching for places to recommend to some friends planning to visit in the summer. This B&B came up as one of the closest to the harbor on Google, so I checked the entrance in person. Unfortunately, the exterior was in extremely poor condition. There were clear signs of urine, dog feces, broken bottles and scattered glass right on the path leading to the door, and you can even notice long streaks of urine directly in front of the entrance itself.
In the evening the situation gets noticeably worse: the portico area becomes a gathering point for groups of people who sleep, linger or use the space as an outdoor restroom. The atmosphere feels unsafe and uncomfortable, with loud noise and disorderly behavior. I also saw large groups staying under the portico for long periods, playing cards and blocking part of the walkway.
The location could be convenient, but the state of the entrance and the surrounding environment is unacceptable and makes it impossible for me to recommend this place.

Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, bright and comfortable room, thorough cleaning.
Definitely will be back
