This place is exceptional. Quiet, clean, secure, great location in the centro storico, near cafes, restaurants, a concert hall, movie theatre, live theatre. And a reasonable price.

Decentralized managed hotel

The room is functional and well located for a visit to the old town. Parking is located directly under the hotel (parking garage).
Check-in takes place at another hotel about 600 meters away.
I missed certain information, such as that the elevator needs to be changed in order to access the room or on which side the room is located. Thus, our arrival was a bit confusing. We also only found the shower towels in the closet on the second day. The rooms are fine, but you only receive one room key, which must be inserted for the power supply. Therefore, I could not charge any devices while exploring the city. I find it more than unnecessary in today's time when you see that the energy-consuming air conditioning is centrally controlled and runs 24 hours.
With that, the temperature also cannot be adjusted, so we froze all night.

Excellent solution

The residence is physically located above a large parking lot. Near the center and the guest house Hotel Toscanini (courteous and attentive staff) where, with a more than fair cost, you can have a 'good and hearty breakfast. The room is large and clean. Only a night noise coming from an air duct disturbed a little. To go back, definitely!

Terrible appalling manners no one can say "Sorry"

As a travel writer, I implore you, DON'T stay here! The management is rude and proud. They don't say 'sorry!' We were due to stay there, but the manner in which they treat you is appalling! They don't even write "Good morning, plus my name." They deserve this review! No manners! I have not even given them 1 star! Their customer service is below zero! The other review is one star from someone else, believe that person! You will end up paying to use the kitchenette, even! Miserable!!! I cancelled. I know a bad experience awaits me there in their ugly building. We booked a nice hotel with good customer service. Please, as a travel writer, you can tell a good place by how they treat you before you enter the hotel. Pay heed! Run!!!!
