Oasis of peace in a strategic position
Strategically located, close to the highways, very close to Perugia, but in a green oasis of peace, it is a choice for those who want a relaxing holiday. Supercomfortable and quiet rooms with kitchenette, sanitized swimming pool with salts and not with chlorine, heated mid-season, a perfect holiday!

Mixed feelings
We stayed in the agriturismo for 4 nights. Nadia and her family are super friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment we stayed in (La Maggiore) was beautiful, with a kitchenette and comfortable, new bathroom. We were provided with breakfast on the first and last day. There's a beautiful swimming pool as well. The agriturismo is at a good place to visit towns such as Perugio and Assisi.
However, the family has several dogs. There's a very sweet guard dog, who is kept on part of the terrain near the family house, but seemed to want more attention than he got. In addition, there are 8 or so dogs the family keeps for truffle seeking. These dogs are kept in relatively small kennels, without much comfort or enrichment. Also, the truffle season is only very short, and I'm not sure what they do with the dogs for the rest of the year. During the time we were there, we did not see them being walked or let out of the kennels. For me, this is not a good way of caring for these (highly energetic) animals. Also, even though they're on a separate part of the terrain, behind some bushes, at times they bark quite a lot, which might be annoying for some people. Even though Nadia and her family were very welcoming, and the apartment was great, we would probably not have visited if we knew about the dogs and how they were kept.

Firs of all thanks for your review, our goal is achieved when our guests have rested and spent happy days.
I'm sorry I didn't (completely) succeed with You…..
However I would like to point out that our adorable Rolly is a very sweet dog and is surrounded by the joy of our children, who play with him while running around in our wonderful grove. It is no coincidence that it is right next to their bedroom. He remains in the enclosure only when we are not at home, because we are afraid that He may go out and maybe not coming back.
Regarding our family's dogs, maybe they bark a little when my husband bring them out for a walk in the adjacent fields (we’re in he middle of a beautiful nature with many fields, as you saw and appreciated). The mistake is that he picks them up alternatively (he can’t bring them out all of them at the same time) in the morning around 5.30 am and then brings them back to the fence at 6.30 am. before going to work.
I am sorry that you didn’t notice the back of the enclosure where they live, since they go out and enter whenever they want having at their complete disposal a well-paved porch, cleaned every day by my husband and myself.
We probably wouldn't have the opportunity to meet ourselves again, but for me it was certainly nice to meet you. Your comments will allow us to improve ourselves. I will certainly make a treasure of your review.

Relax immersi nella bellezza
Paradiso!
Posto incantevole, curatissimo, pulito e ristrutturato ad arte. I proprietari sono delle persone molto attente e gentili e ti fanno sentire a casa.
Quella piscina a sfioro me la sognerò per tutta la settimana!!
Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Relax, campagna e natura
Siamo stati ospiti di Nadia e della sua famiglia a Luglio di quest'anno per un weekend in Umbria. Posizione super tranquilla, appartamenti curati e dotati di ogni confort, che garantiscono privacy e vista su campi e colline. La chicca è rappresentata, oltre alla struttura in sé, che è davvero curata e propone uno stile campagnolo impeccabile, dalla piscina e dal giardino a disposizione degli ospiti. Meravigliosa atmosfera, pace e natura nell'autenticità della campagna umbra.

..a presto!
Posto incantevole, davvero un piccolo paradiso in cui rifugiarsi per scacciare pensieri e preoccupazioni. L'intero agriturismo è minuziosamente curato in ogni dettaglio: il prato è morbido e pulito (ideale per girovagare a piedi nudi e ritrovare contatto con la natura), decorato con alberi da frutto, erbe aromatiche, un simpatico coniglietto, una casetta in mattoni con forno e barbecue, orto (che produce ottima verdura, ve lo assicuro!), e la splendida piscina, grande, calda e pulita (con acqua salata, tutt'altra storia rispetto al cloro!!). Gli appartamenti sono arredati in modo esemplare, e la pulizia è impeccabile. Ho lasciato il meglio per la fine..i proprietari: che dire, sono splendidi. Nadia è una padrona di casa amorevole e mai invadente, sua figlia Letizia e il marito Daniele emanano sorrisi e cordialità, e i loro bambini..belli, simpatici ed educatissimi. Ci siamo salutati con le lacrime agli occhi e non vediamo l'ora di tornare, quindi...a presto!!!
