Excellent

Excellent hotel. Located a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent breakfast and very organized. This is the third time I have been there. And it is definitely my favorite hotel in Pineto. Compliments.

Nightmare "vacation"

Structure on the edge of decency. Old and totally to be restored. "Comfort" room with shower in which a person of average height struggles to enter and turn around.
Not knowing in advance of the need to pay for the cot for newborn (having taken care of the reservation in question person other than the writer), it was noted at check out the non-use for the hygienic conditions of the same (not even suitable to accommodate an animal-attach photos). For a week 120 euros of camping cot worth 20 euros. Lido with canteen Service virtually absent (only dish of the day to choose hospital style). Nightmarish half-board level, low-quality raw materials and cuisine held by people who cannot call themselves cooks.
Nauseous smell in the hallways due to kitchen fumes.
Elevator repeatedly blocked by power surges. Cleanliness of the rooms inadequate.
Value for money, consequently, totally inadequate.

Relaxation and kindness

We spent a few days in this hotel and are very satisfied. It is close to the sea and the center, the rooms are very clean and equipped with the necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hearty breakfast and with fresh cakes. In general we found a welcoming and family atmosphere. We will be back

Terrifying experience!

Surely it was early season lacked a bit of organization, but in the shower there was no water, breakfast was poor and monotonous, meals were of poor quality, food was cooked and seasoned so badly that we gave up dinner twice and the choice was virtually nothing. We anticipated the departure out of desperation and asked for a minimum final discount given the inconveniences endured, but we were denied.
To be avoided absolutely. We will never return, also because there are much better facilities in the area.
