3 British cyclists

Accommodating, flexible and helpful... never have words been so fitting to describe a host. Francesco's apartment is a stones throw from the airport but surprisingly quiet. It is clean and exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our first night in Italy as we put our bicycles together before exploring the tower, the pizzas and the night life. Thanks to Francesco and his parents.

Convenient for those taking the first flight in the morning

Place in an excellent location, very close to the airport, you can definitely get there on foot in 5 minutes. Good location for reaching the center of Pisa and served by sandwich shops and various adjacent dining options. It offers paid parking service, convenient for those leaving on vacation and needing to leave their car. The manager is affable, with a great desire to talk and put you at ease. Note on the building and the room. 1970s building left in its original state. There are many signs highlighting the need for a total renovation. The B&B is nothing more than an apartment consisting of 3 rooms; a living room with an adjacent kitchen (not usable, used by the managers for registration) and a shared bathroom. When it's full, everyone ends up locked in their rooms without freedom. The "quadruple" room we booked is nothing more than a bedroom with the addition of two other single beds. In conclusion: it is not a place for refined people. It is the classic family asset exploited to make money.

NOT NICE about coronavirus cancellation-be forewarned!

We never even got to this B&B because the U.S. government advisory
was that we should not travel to Italy because of coronavirus so we had to cancel our whole trip, including one night here. We were charged anyway by the owner $54.60 Euros and when we explained, he was not nice about it, even though we cancelled
2 months before going. JUST BE FOREWARNED! We were to stay one night in MAY!

Excellent hospitality at this budget B&B

We stayed at B&B Francesco for one night following the cancellation of our flight. Our family room was spacious and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the main road. Francesco and his father were very welcoming and helpful.
