Superlative Hotel, Amazing Breakfast!!!

We apologize for the delay, but both my wife and I want to leave an excellent review for this Spectacular Hotel!! Hotel truly lived up to all expectations!! Very kind staff!! Truly soundproof room, impeccable cleanliness, modern, our furry friends had a great time!! Amazing and international breakfast with sweet and savory options, everything fresh and not packaged, for the most demanding palates, you cannot even get a breakfast of this caliber in a 5-star hotel, a huge round of applause to the waiters who were always attentive to replenish as soon as something ran out, truly congratulations for everything!! All the reception staff were very kind and professional, including the owner who always has a special regard for "furry" guests who are welcomed, by the way, without any extra charge!! Also an excellent charging point for those traveling by electric vehicle!! If you happen to go to Pisa, I highly recommend this hotel, take it from someone who is quite critical and demanding if things don't add up..!!

ERROR? YES BUT ABOVE ALL RUDENESS

By mistake I booked two rooms, but at the time of booking I didn't notice that instead of marking 4 occupants (2 per room) I booked a double for single use.
At the time of paying the bill, to our great astonishment, they made us pay a supplement of 30 dollars per room for breakfast.
We asked them to meet us halfway since it was an error at the time of booking, but a somewhat rude and cold lady (perhaps the owner or the head of reception) was immovable in making us pay the full price requested.
I do not dispute that I have some responsibilities, but I wonder why, if I booked two double rooms for single use when we showed up at the hotel as 4 people (and they asked for our ID documents), no one pointed out to us that the reservation was for 2?
And furthermore, why when we showed up in the breakfast room as 4 and not 2, did no one warn us that the breakfast for the other 2 people was extra and had a cost of 10 euros per person per day?
My friends and I paid what was requested by the hotel, but I believe that professionalism, courtesy, and meeting the customer halfway is sometimes the best policy.
Of one thing I am certain, they earned 60 euros, but they certainly lost 4 customers who will never return to their hotel.

Overall Nice place, with a very service minded personale, the rooms where a bit old and not completely clean, and you can clearly Heat the airplanes.

Average hotel. Good value for money.

We stayed 6 nights in a classic room with breakfast.
Check in went smoothly. Room is basic, but everything provided and is well cleaned every day.
Breakfast is good by Italian standards. You will not be bothered by any noise in the room.
About 30min; walking to the station on the one hand and shopping street on the other. For the Pisa tower you have to count on 45min.
Large supermarket at 5min. walking.
If you're good on your feet, it's definitely doable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However it was poorly maintained- peeling paint on the woodwork, safe there but not working. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, making the room hotter than the corridor! The shower was hot but the shower head was dirty with mouldy sealing and grout. The toilet seat was also broken. As we had made a prepaid booking they were unable to give a discount, however we suggested they offered free breakfasts which they did. Parking was very congested leaving us to park on the side of the entrance. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was convenient for walking in to Pisa (25 mins)
