Un soggiorno oltre le aspettative

We had an excellent stay at the Marinagri Greenblu Hotel, which fully met our highest expectations. The property is well maintained, the rooms comfortable, and the common areas very pleasant.
A special thank you to all the staff—from reception to catering to housekeeping—for their professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness at all times. It was precisely this level of hospitality that made our vacation unforgettable.
We highly recommend this property to friends and acquaintances and do not rule out returning in the future.

Beautiful structure, terrible management.

Stayed from 05/29 to 06/02, a 5-star hotel, at the time of booking payment at the property, after a few days they ask for a 30% deposit, at check-in they request full payment and the deposit will then be refunded (as of today it has not yet happened), pool with very few loungers and no umbrellas, if you are lucky you find beach towels, management of the umbrellas on the beach is terrible (again, beach towels if you find them), keep in mind that you pay €20 per day for parking and an umbrella on the beach. It was a niche 5-star hotel, it has become a low-quality resort, children and adults shouting at any hour. Spa closed. A couple of stars should be removed near the entrance.....

Very nice location, room top. Cleanliness very high. Offer food expandable.

Very friendly staff at reception. The director was very kind. The room was stunning, the beach beautiful and well maintained. That we arrived at the end of the season we were treated well. There's room for improvement when eating. Price performance right, but I personally expect a buffet offer of starters (top), woydas same principle is offered at the main course and dessert. More variety. In addition, the meal times are set very short at just under 90 minutes.

If you want broken shower, someone to over charge you, someone to hang up on you, and no spa at a spa hotel. go here

We arrived and we were told for a 7 day stay to stay in exactly the same room but to have two instead of one people in the room it would be an additional 650 Euros. This was just with the included breakfast. They did not give us an option to not add the breakfast which we had twice in the week stay. We got to our room and it had nice high ceilings, but the shower head would not stay on the wall. You either had to squat to get under it or risk having the shower head fall on you which happened multiple times during our stay. We had ONE hangar in our room. We asked for more than one hanger and in one week, we never received additional hangars. The first night we got two our two person room, we discovered it had one set of towels. It was around 10 pm, I called down for another set of towels. As soon as I started speaking which was broken italian and English, the FRONT DESK HUNG UP ON ME! Then did not pick up the phone when I called back. I walked down there and got the towel set myself. Some days later, we asked to use the spa and get a massage since the name of the hotel has Hotel and spa. They said, no spa. No massages. Any four star hotel in the other areas had this available. We went to the pool once. NO chairs available. We took our towels and sat on the concrete. The bar you need to pre load money on a card in order to order drinks. The towels at the pool, you get one towel card and you must swap it every day. The breakfast was like a breakfast you can get in an average airline lounge. The food we had at the Herculea Hotel was much better. This was pretty much the worse 5 star hotel experience I have every had.

A few days away

We stayed here as a couple for a 3 night stay . The hotel is absolutely spotless clean ! Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels . Beds are quite hard though ! Pillows also. . Rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and so clean ! The drive up to the hotel is a little strange . It feels very abandoned but once at the hotel it’s beautiful surrounded by water and boats and nicely kept garden and walk ways . Airport is around an hour and half away . We hired a car and found it ok actually to drive. Not a lot in the area to be honest so definitely wouldn’t stay there again. We had breakfast at the hotel and to be honest it was good . I always found something . There was bacon and eggs. Toast etc . Cereals , breads cakes cookies jams etc ..so was an ok selection. We never had lunch but had food from the snack bar and that was good ! Portion sizes are massive !! So I ordered fries and some salad and got 2 plates ! Big mistake as it could have served at least 4 people . The toasties were really good also. Dinner wasn’t the best unfortunately. We only had dinner once the staff in the restaurant especially one gentleman who spoke very good English was just the lovely. Nothing too much trouble for him. Credit to the hotel . All staff seemed very helpful and friendly . On the upside it was very cheap ! Restaurants around the area are also cheap so that’s a good advantage of staying in the rural areas . Also not many people speak English so good to use google translate . We went to a couple of beach restaurants and not one person spoke English but locals so friendly though.
