good hotel .. don't understand other reviews.

I returned to Pomezia but this time I did not find a place in the usual structure. I stayed at this hotel , spacious and clean room renovated in the interior , the only flaw the television a little small . breakfast room and restaurant shared with prince hotel of the same property .

Bad experience as I traveled throughout Italy, the first time something like this happens to me

Let's start from the fact that we arrived half an hour earlier, around 1.30pm, I entered and an employee told me.... I'm sorry but you enter from 2pm onwards without saying time, I'll let you sit and we waited under the sun.. ... Then, forgetting that he had been told that we had a kitten, he then told me that the cat had to stay locked in the cage without letting it out because it could break the curtains and scratch the furniture because I told him that my cat had a scratching post with him and he wasn't an animal that could do things like that.... because I replied that lions and tigers are allowed to be kept in cages, but in the circus.... poor kitten without drinking or eating or doing his business. ... We entered the room to rest a little on the bed and there were sheets stained with blood... Shower tray full of hair, and then they wanted to talk about my kitten.... In the evening we had dinner, paid, and then we they said the next day that we hadn't paid for dinner..... Absurd and horrible things..... The employee is rude and rude and doesn't even know how to live and doesn't even have a heart......

Please don’t go!

Avoid this “Hotel “ if possible! Went there because of a deal with Zoo Marine. Rated 4 stars and it looks like a 1 star hostel. Everything in the room is 40 years old, air conditioning totally broken, noisy and with a bad smell. No staff, check-in made in another Hotel. No one in the reception. No window protection from mosquitoes...... in a area full of those annoying insects. In one word: terrible.
