EXCELLENT STRUCTURE TO BE RECOMMENDED TO RELATIVES AND FRIENDS

We are pleased to comment on our experience just spent at the B&B CECCO ROOMS, which fully deserves this review. Clean, elegant, welcoming and comfortable structure, furnished with refinement - combined with concreteness - by the very cordial and indeed sunny lawyer Sabina DI PALMA (met by us for the first time on the occasion), whose exquisite hospitality and precious assistance, constantly guaranteed from the arrival upon departure (...and even during the return journey!), they unquestionably constitute the added value to the enchanting setting of Ravello, having made the sunny stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Kind regards to Mrs Sabina.

I bumped into Sabina once I was desperately walking away from a terrible B&B which was a real nightmare !
Luckily she had availability and I felt in heaven as soon as I entered there.
She welcomed me & my little dog in the most warmly way.
I needed to sleep so badly and at Cecco I was able to relax and breath again.
The breakfast was the best ; Sabina makes the most amazing croissant and serve them still warm...
Sabina, I am so glad I met you. You have been amazing to us !

Good budget option for Ravello, but could be better

The good first:
+ Good location in Ravello proper at almost the highest point of the town.
+ Room was a good size with ample storage space.
+ Swimming pool next door could be used for a fee.
+ Breakfast was reasonable.
The bad:
- Our room was next door to the kitchen and we were woke up every morning by the owner talking on their mobile or to other guests. You could hear every single word spoken and can only presume the building was not designed with this usage in mind.
- Both the room and the bathroom especially felt like they could do with a refurbishment. Things were starting to look old and tired.
- We had to wait 30 minutes for check out on the final morning once I called the manager. Also nobody was there to greet us on arrival despite sending advance notice. Again we had to call multiple times.

Avoid at all costs

We arrived at the B&B Cecco rooms a few weeks ago, totally surprised. The photos on here and booking.com look nothing like the actual B&B itself. The B&B was small, dark, and dirty with a cockroach by the bed being an extra guest. It was so bad we didn't even stay, we had to quickly find another hotel with availability to stay in. Please do not be fooled by the photos or good reviews like I was. 3 weeks on and I'm still in a dispute to get my money back for us just checking in, but I can't see us ever receiving our refund from the owner. Total disappointment. I do however highly recommend the Ravello In hotel in the main square, totally saved our holiday!

Good value for money, great location

Spacious room and bathroom. Nicely decorated and plenty of storage space. We received the first room when you enter the property and this room is located next to the kitchen/breakfast room. The walls seem to be very thin because we could hear the clinking of cutlery on plates whilst the owner (?) ate dinner, the tv and the owners chatting away. We don't understand any Italian so it could easily be ignored but if it was English it would have been difficult to block out.
Location of the property is great, a short walk to the centre of Ravello.
