Made our family holiday special

Beautiful little boutique hotel, fabulous views, excellent service especially at breakfast time. We received the most warm and courteous service by Karina. We went as a family of 12 and were very well accommodated. Food in the restaurant was superb.

Beautiful property with drawbacks

Beautiful property with drawbacks. We spent 2 days at the Rocca dei Saraceni during our round trip through Sicily. The property is beautiful with a magnificent view of Mount Etna and nice staff. The breakfast is outstanding. However, numerous rooms are under renovation, the table tennis table listed on Booking no longer exists, the spa was not shown to us, and neither the room key card, the air conditioning, nor the television worked in the room. Time for renovations here as well.

Had a fantastic stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. The place was so beautiful and cosy. The staff was super friendly, in a sincere and personal way. We had the tasting menu for dinner and it was all so delicious, as was the breakfast.

We had the pleasure of dining at the Radica restaurant, located within the "Rocca dei Saraceni" Charming Country Hotel, in the heart of Sicily, experiencing a culinary journey that combines taste, elegance, and authenticity.
The kitchen stands out for its rich proposal of balanced dishes, capable of enhancing the local ingredients through harmonious combinations and well-defined flavors. Each course tells a story made of research, technique, and respect for Sicilian tradition.
The location offers a refined and relaxing atmosphere: the "Rocca dei Saraceni" Charming Country Hotel, immersed in the picturesque landscape of the Sicilian hinterland, represents the ideal place to experience a journey focused on wellness and tranquility. A commendation also goes to the dining service, particularly Ms. Tania, who is always attentive to details, professional, and courteous. The wine cellar is also good, with a well-curated selection of wines.

Our room was spacious flooded with natural light with valley views, the breakfast was super and Carina was extremely helpful and attentive. Overall this is a beautiful setup in a peaceful environment. Definitely more than a three star ( should be a four star) Definitely recommended
