Great vacation.

Great experience! Very kind and professional staff, fast and quality service. The bar is well organized, the environment is pleasant and clean, perfect for enjoying a relaxing break by the pool. Drinks prepared with care and the snacks are excellent as well. Everything exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return!

We stayed in a really nice, newly renovated apartment. However, the apartments on the ground floor are quite old and outdated. There is no cleaning service anywhere on the property. On our first day, we ordered breakfast but had to throw it away—not because we were being picky, but because it was completely inedible. They put ham inside a sweet croissant, and the eggs were completely burnt, though that wasn't the main issue.On the positive side, the sea is very close and truly beautiful. The beach is well-kept, and there is a beach bar called "Au Petit Suit" which is an absolute delight—honestly, that bar is the only reason I would ever consider returning to beautiful Calabria. We also want to send a warm greeting to Claudio, who drove us for an extra fee; he works there and is a truly wonderful person.However, the management and reception are a disaster. Most of the time, there is nobody at the reception desk. Sometimes you can only find a young boy named Giuseppe, who just hangs out with his friend, acts clueless, and does not tell the truth. This boy, Giuseppe, was the one who took our 30 euros for a late check-out. Despite taking our money, they kicked us out earlier, forcing us to pack in a rush. We spent the entire day under the hot sun, without even a chance to take a shower before our long flight. They only care about money and do not respect agreements. Calabria is beautiful, but this accommodation should be avoided because they are complete beginners in tourism.

Terrible, never had a vacation like this

The experience at the facility was terrible... the rooms did not match those in the advertisement photos... the vacation was saved only by the sea, the beaches, and the places... we left one day early because we could no longer stay in this facility.

I had a very bad experience; I paid for 4 nights and only stayed one. The apartment was uninhabitable, dirty, and had many missing items; the pool that was advertised did not exist, and the maritime service was lacking.

Our worst reservation.

Absolutely to be avoided!
We had booked accommodation at the Nilfassulmar hotel in Santa Maria for three weeks and paid a deposit of €825.
Upon our arrival, the room was still not ready several hours after the scheduled time. When we finally got to visit it, we discovered accommodation in a deplorable state: dirty, unsanitary, with humidity, insects on the floor, and a clear lack of maintenance.
It was impossible to stay there.
Moreover, several advertised amenities were not available: the pool was empty and under construction, the bar was closed, and none of the promised services were actually provided.

After lengthy discussions, the owner signed a document committing to refund us the €825. A week later, we still had not received anything. Since then, he has not responded to calls or messages.
Our experience was catastrophic.
