Terrifying is saying little

Luckily we only stayed one night in this "hotel" and only because we had an early morning flight... Terrifying hotel, super dated decor, dirty rooms , looks like a 3 star but it is not.... dirty sheets with hair, during the night we did not sleep anything because you could hear a great chaos from the neighboring rooms, it is not soundproofing .. in the morning there were bums sleeping in the chairs of the hotel .. really embarrassing

Non tornerei!

Very small room, there were 4 of us and it was too hot inside there is only a fan. You can not turn around in the room practically .. among other things it is not cleaned except in the making of the beds .. the sheets are not changed even towels. Nom put nothing of shampoo, soaps etc .. for three days we were given at the beginning 4 sachets of bubble bath and we were 4 practically we had to take the bubble bath not to mention that as soon as we entered the room where there were sachets there were n were two already open with bubble bath poured on the shelf .. miserable breakfast with only two things packaged .. parking chr say available x 10 euros per day but then during the day is not always free .. in short no, I would not go back!

Hotel 3 stAlle from Nightmare

It was my first nightmare experience. I've never seen anything like it. I stayed at this hotel (if you can call it that) from Friday to Sunday.
A terrifying experience. Room dirty sheets changed only the day of our arrival and smelly. For two people we only had two towels to shower and that's it (which the next day I kindly askedl to change, but I was treated no bad more)
The shower dirty and full of limestone. Air conditioning full of dust. The stained headboard of the bed. I had to clean the room with damp wipes.
The bad table service. Apparatus without glasses and knives. Waiter who at every request snorted or responded badly. Poor quality food, inedible!!!
3 star hotel but where? Where did the stars get them?????
Osceno! I advise against it.
They treated us like hell.

VERY DISGUSTING

Service 00000!!! I rented a room at the Hotel Manola paying 100 euros more than another room in another hotel that I currently rented. Here the room is cleaned twice a week with a complete change of sheets and towels. Furthermore, the staff is courteous and professional. But at the Hotel Manola nothing at all zero. Everything is managed by a person who doesn't have the slightest competence for this job and spends the whole day lying on the sofa, even in front of the customers! If you ask something he responds either with a firm no or with 'I'll do you a favor!!!!!!' And if he decides to agree, he does it in the worst possible way, making you regret it. He is unable to do this job and seems only interested in money without offering anything in return to customers. I've never seen anything like this in my life, I don't recommend it.

Never again in this stable

I booked for two nights, it was me, my wife and my son, I've never seen anything like this, the room was very small, dirty, the curtain rod was hanging off the toilet lid. Detached and placed over the shower you risked catching an unsafe disease. let's talk about the air conditioner which didn't cool. room with balcony (if you can call it that). the balcony was in atrocious condition, sheets and pillows dirty and stained, the walls were falling apart, the breakfast was disgusting, two reheated croissants, some cured meats placed on a table (therefore not placed in a refrigerated counter) which after ten minutes smelt, the drinks automator had never been cleaned. And for all this crap I paid €110 a night I wonder how they manage to keep certain structures open and it's disgusting and to the managers I just say shame on you
