We are especially pleased that you were able to enjoy our rooftop pool during the warm Roman summer. There is nothing quite like relaxing after a day of sightseeing while taking in the unique atmosphere of the city.
Thank you also for mentioning our convenient location. As you noted, the proximity to the U.S. Embassy can occasionally result in temporary street closures, but we are glad that this did not impact your travel plans and that you found it easy to reach Rome's major attractions.

I am truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet the expectations you and your wife had for your suite stay, particularly as Hilton Honors members. We understand that when choosing a luxury hotel, guests expect comfort, efficiency, and flawless service, and I regret that we fell short in several areas during your visit.
Please accept our apologies for the issues you encountered with the bathroom drainage and the television. It is especially disappointing to learn that these concerns remained unresolved after being reported to Reception. Additionally, I am sorry for the delay in delivering your request for milk and for the inconvenience this caused.
Feedback such as yours is taken very seriously, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve both our facilities and our service standards. While I regret that your stay left you with such a negative impression, I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
