Two weeks of relaxation, very well spent, and I am pleased with my choice.

I had a moment for the holidays that I had been waiting for a long time to distract myself and I came to Rome, because, usually, Americans go to Paris or Venice, but this was a city that interested me and, staying for two weeks, I also had some time to take a train and go and see Naples and Florence, two hours away, and the flat is well connected to the station.
The flat matches the description, everything is fine and the location is excellent for seeing central Rome simply by walking, which I recommend, through the narrow streets, without needing any means of transport. This is also because Rome should be discovered on foot through its narrow streets, where you can find surprises from a 2000-year-old city everywhere, monuments and typical or modern places almost everywhere.

Heart of Rome: Incredible Stay

We stayed at Vincenzo's apartment as a family of three. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen with a full set of appliances and dishes. The bathroom features a beautiful shower and a bidet, and the living/bedroom area has very comfortable beds.
The location couldn't be better: a 5-minute walk to the Cavour metro station, 10 minutes to Termini Station, 5 minutes to the Monti neighborhood with its many dining options, and just 15 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
I must also mention the highlight of this accommodation: the owner, Vincenzo. He was available at all times to help us and provided very useful tips about the city, making our stay feel just like home. Don't hesitate to choose this place!

Great place to stay

The room was clean and had all the necessary for a comfortable stay, tha place was secure and Vincenzo had a good communication with us, even recommend places to eat and to keep the luggage near the place.
He also had a small kitchenette with coffee and pots if you would like to cook but we didn’t use it, however it was nice to have it just in case.
Everything was just perfect for the few days we stayed there, and the location was excellent, everything just around the corner
Definitely would come back in our next trip to Rome .

Perfect!

Location was perfect. Just a short walk from the train and a short walk further to the coliseum. There are many shops and restaurants along the way.
The room is small but exactly everything we needed and very clean!!
Communication was good with great response times. Would stay again!

Thank you, Anna. You can rent either Cavour 1 or Cavour 2 – each 39 square metres with a separate kitchen and bathroom – or both, if you’re a group, for a total of 90 square metres and a maximum occupancy of 7 people. Both units remain completely separate but are in the same building and on the same floor, with one door directly opposite the other. That’s why they’re called Cavour 1 & 2 – so you can choose according to your needs. It was a real pleasure to meet you and your family, and now that you have my direct contact details – which you can also find here, on the website or on G.maps – you can contact me directly, thus avoiding the commissions charged by online platforms and booking straight with me. Great stay of 5 nights!

Excellent choice near Roma Termini. Fully equipped kitchen if you need to cook as well as two blocks there are supermarkets and businesses to buy food or also several places to have lunch or dinner or just go for a drink. Very close to the church Santa Maria Maggiore, where the tomb of Francis is located and 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum as an example. Also nearby is the metro and several bus lines leave you nearby.
