amazing start to our italy holiday

steve and i were well impressed...the accommodation was everything we wanted and expected...no disappointments. Our host Gianluca was amazing . He had a fantastic app that had ALL info we could ever need to find our way around rome . The breakfast was just great and the accommodation was so close to the Colosseum .
i did love the red bathroom
all in all was a great start to our trip
would definitely recommend

A very decent place for your stay in Rome

We stayed at Gianluca’s B&B for 3 nights and have only positive impression:
- a central location (15 min walk from Termini/2 metro stations, 15-20 min walk to Colosseo)
- a clean and quiet space
- a super helpful host (Gianluca sent us a google map with all the best not-touristic places and, upon arrival, gave us a hard copy map with his further recommendations for what to do in Rome; almost all the time he was here and there to support you and make your stay better).
As a result, this is a great price/quality solution for your stay in Rome. We will try to stay here again if/when we come back to Rome.

Fantastic visit, highly recommend!

Our host, Gianluca was amazing! He gave us all the best places to eat and easiest ways to see the sights of Rome. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were only a 10 minute walk from the coloseum and right by the metro.

Simple, clean, and comfortable

Coliseum rooms was a quiet place near a metro station and gave us great access to Rome. The rooms and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is at a cafe down the street and very good! Overall I would stay again and recommend to others

Clean & central

The rooms were clean and centrally located. Ok for the price we paid.
Mama Roma made us feel so welcome and informed us on all the tips and tricks of Rome. Even taking us out to experience her favourite restaurant one night.
Only downside would be having to wait on the door step for an hour because the buzzer was not working. We had not activated international roaming on our phones yet and had no way of contacting anyone inside.
