I had a great time

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a great time. We start from the reception, there are a couple of two non-Italian boys and his wife speaks Italian and understands it very well. The first thing that struck me on entering was the smell of clean. Spotless rooms with towel change every day. The property is easy to reach both on foot and by metro because it is close to Termini station. By metro from Termini take line A, get off at Piazza V. Emanuele and exit from the side of Via Machiavelli. In the morning at 6 o'clock I went out for work and on time they had just delivered the croissants. The breakfast I made only the last two mornings, is basic but has the necessary both sweet and savory. Soundproof fixtures and you do not hear the chaos at night, room wide just right. The last day I left my suitcases and they gave me replacement keys to come back for them. If I return to Rome I would definitely stay there again.

Zero star hostel

Don't call it a b&b please. The hostel is located on the first floor of a very old and badly maintained building, the rooms suck are very small uncomfortable beds and ridiculous bathroom, the common parts are also small, the managers do not understand Italian well so it becomes difficult to communicate for any need. I would say that we go back just to sleep and I'm fine but at least the bed was comfortable, very negative experience and moreover the prices are very high , I could not wait to finish the stay and escape from that dump, there are 1/2 star hotels much better around.

Booked for three nights but left after 3 hours (without refund). Booked into another hotel and paid the money just not to stay a

In theory the location is great. Close to the train station. The BNB is a little difficult to find but not a problem. The problem is that the description says it is situated in a multi ethnic cultural neighborhood, however when we arrived at 11:30 A.M in the morning we found homeless people cooking outside and groups of young men drinking and shouting. We did not feel so safe. We checked in and got taken to our room . The room was basic enough but was clean and was not a problem as such. We looked out our window to see a washline coming only from our window to a wall opposite with someone's pants hanging from it. We called booking.com and expressed our concern and asked could we get a different BnB or hotel as we did not feel safe in the area. The owner contacted us and basically started to give out to us saying she would not refund anything as the location was not her fault. She then proceeded to tell us it was our own opinion about safety and that it was our fault for not feeling comfortable around foreign nationals. I felt she was playing the race card. I have travelled to over 25 countries and stayed in budget BnBs and hotels in Africa, Asia , North America, Europe ect and I never felt unsafe there.
We went for lunch and over lunch we decided to just take the hit and pay for another hotel rather than stay there. We therefore paid for two hotels and stayed in one.
I would not recommend this BnB to anyone based on the area and the interaction with the owner left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Rome however is absolutely a fantastic city. Go and visit and explore but just don't stay here.

3 days in Rome

So very clean room, quite convenient location near the metro and 10 minutes from the station so great for taking the bus to the airport, restaurant and supermarket next door only downside I expected a more friendly welcome for a B&B my only disappointment.

Great location and value for money

Great location close to Termini station and walking distance to main attractions. Clean and spacious room.
The neighbourhood isn’t the best but we felt perfectly safe and there are some great restaurants a few minutes walk. The kitchen was quite noisy in the mornings.
