Big windows that open to let the fresh breeze in. Loved that, American hotels don’t have that anymore.

My room was clean, fresh, with huge windows I could open and fill the entire room with a fresh breeze. Beds were firm and surprisingly comfortable, pillows were perfect for sleeping. Staff was polite to friendly, onsite restaurant was fresh and had decent food for honest prices. My only two issues were location (not close to any attractions in Rome- which meant a long walk down the hill/mountain to reach the metro- which meant an even longer walk up the hill/mountain! And very few restaurants to experience close by. The other issue was our room had questionable plumbing in the bathroom. (That was a little awkward, but we didn’t make a big deal over it. It was what it was)

This hotel is very impressive with an immaculate reception and entrance. Reception staff are polite and professional. Room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast plentiful with a good selection, apart from bread and rolls which were very limited. We had a very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant although I would say the waiter wasn’t too friendly. We were able to park our motorcycle in the hotel car park free of charge. We found the location very good both arriving and leaving Rome and also getting into the centre via metro.
The main disappointment was that for such a nice hotel, the WiFi is absolutely shocking. Being on a motorcycle tour we rely on good internet access to pre book hotels and plan our routes. This was very difficult to achieve. We also found our twin beds quite hard and uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dusty, and it was clearly visible that the curtains were dirty and had not been properly cleaned.
During our stay, both my sisters and I developed itchy rashes and several red/purple spots on our legs. These marks have still not disappeared, which made the situation particularly concerning and upsetting. We cannot say with certainty what caused the reactions, but given the poor cleanliness of the room, we were very concerned about the hygiene standards.
The breakfast was also very disappointing and offered very little to be excited about. On top of this, the swimming pool was extremely dirty and did not look properly maintained or cleaned.
Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene of this hotel were far below what we expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.

Plenty of space and nice atmosphere.

This hotel is very nice and spacious. The location is a little tricky as it is on the top of a pretty steep hill. The noise level is very low and the place is well sanitized and clean. Housekeeping comes every day if you would like so it’s always very neat. The restaurant is on the lower floor. It opens a little late, but if you’re OK with starting dinner at around 7:30 then that’s completely fine. Our server seemed a little unhappy, but was not angry with us at all. Just wasn’t very talkative. The atmosphere is very friendly and pretty chill. The lobby is huge with one or two TVs plenty of seating and a nice pool table. There is a pool, it’s not the largest, but at least there is one. I will warn people, there is no conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. So I would suggest bringing your own. Other than that, the place is very nice and I would definitely recommend going.

what you want from a hotel is a clean airconditioned place with a helpful staff.
this was all of those things. the breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning.
