Overall everything was excellent. One person in the group was in a wheelchair and the polished us two rooms due to the bathrooms being different and allowed us to choose which one would work best upon arrival. The building is large and while some spaces are dated it was clean, quiet ( no issues with noise like another review stated) and the staff were helpful. It was nice to be away from the center of all the tourists traps. Allowed to engage with more locals and see an interesting part of Rome. You will need a taxi to get to the ancient part of Rome or other attractions but we booked private tours which picked us up right at the hotel so this did not impact us much. Would definitely stay here again! Grazie mile!

Poor breakfasts. Staff in the evening so unprofessional. I booked 2 rooms and surprisingly one room have fridge and the other don’t. The safe box in both rooms doesn't work and the staff not willing to fix it. No services are provided even a cup of water you need to go down to the bar and buy it.

So-so

We booked this room in this hotel only because it was close to the hospital where I was operated on.
We arrived at 8.30 pm and then with a very late check in... with me and my husband there was our chiwawa. Bottom line: 1 double bedroom for one: € 160 + taxes + € 10 as a surcharge for the little dog (even if it was not written on the site)...total € 182.65!! The structure is 50s and honestly I expected better... in the bathroom there was not even a bidet! But the icing on the cake was the restaurant service.
We had 2 starters
Then we took an entrecote of which we asked for medium blood cooking, but we were brought an entrecote that had definitely been cooked and then heated: black outside, overcooked inside and sufficiently warm.
My husband just cut the first piece, seeing the OVERCOOKING left it!!
I took what was supposed to be a boneless overthigh (according to the waiter), but which was actually a piece of breast wrapped in bacon!!! Dry inside and I didn't eat it.
As a side dish:
Green salad, but instead came a mixed salad and baked potatoes, very salty!
The waiter when he picked up the dishes, seeing that the entrecote had not been touched, did not even have the curiosity to ask if there was something wrong!
The absolute nothingness
Speechless...
Gentlemen, catering is another matter!!
Spend € 88 for such a kitchen...well NO COMMENT!!
This kind of service is just to take money from people...
The cook should revise the meaning of the word CATERING!
The only positive note was the courtesy of the receptionist CHIARA! But nothing else

Not acceptable

I was going to juggling cysts positively. But finding the ants in the room doesn't. But to worsen the situation a receptionist who responded to my report ... ‘’va be tanto is leaving’’
