Terrible experience
I booked this property on behalf of my elderly parents and their stay was a real disaster from start to finish.
The first night the key provided did not work properly, leaving them stuck outside the facility for several hours. Despite repeatedly calling reception during the indicated hours, no one answered. This is totally unacceptable: two elderly people were left out in the cold and rain, risking having to look for and pay for another accommodation in the middle of the night.
When they finally managed to get into the room, the problems continued. There was no hot water, no toilet paper and common areas gave off a strong smell of stagnant air and mold. Toilet paper and towels were only provided the next day, and hot water never worked during the entire stay.
On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and not at all helpful. My parents were treated disrespectfully and did not even receive the basic services they had paid for.
This experience caused my parents a lot of stress and anxiety. I highly recommend this property, especially to families and older people.

From complaint
REFUSE to hand over the keys due to error in the rate by booking. The person at the reception of an insolence and rudeness unheard of, so much so that to our refusal to pay a difference of 50 euros compared to the already paid, he left the structure returning to his convenience. To which I demand at least back the money paid, I refuse on that too. We had to sleep at the airport!!
