Good overall, not 5* but I’d book again

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4. Booked 2 rooms. Shower was very good, nice decor, good breakfast included, cute bar to have a drink. We liked the rooftop in the evenings - cozy and nice views. Location was good for walking to all of the key sites we wanted to see. Also easy to walk to Trastevere for some dinners. Our bathroom door was cut too big and was hitting the floor which was annoying. I wouldn’t really call our balcony much of one with a few of garbage bins below. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again but reality is not a 5* so shouldn’t be classified that way.

Exceptional service and attention to detail

Wow, the service here is exceptional we were greeted by Marco at reception, honestly I cannot fault the customer service experience. Everything was so well organised and we literally just booked 30 minutes ago. Then no wait for the room we were explained everything by Matteo who was so attentive to us. We felt right at home. Having 2 air BnB ourselves we only hope to provide this level of customer service to our guests. It really sets the scene and makes guest feel welcomed. We look forward to our stay and are so excited about exploring Rome.

Although we were kindly upgraded to a suite, our stay was mixed.
The suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with excellent amenities. However, the room showed clear signs of wear, with damaged walls that need urgent refurbishment.
The main issue was the air conditioning, which was concealed in the ceiling and struggled in the July heat and humidity, making the suite warm. We also found a towel hanging inside the ceiling area, which was unusual.
Overall, we appreciated the upgrade, cleanliness, and amenities, but the room condition and cooling system was quite average for the price tag.

Great location with excellent staff

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson and would thoroughly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming.
A special thank you to Soraya Picazio, who was extremely attentive and helped us to deal with some issues during our stay, both efficiently and with empathy, arranging a memorable dinner for us and made us feel exceptionally well looked after. We'd also like to recognise Jos in the restaurant who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. He was attentive, courteous and highly professional, making an excellent dining experience even more enjoyable.
The food was superb, the atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. It's the people who make a hotel truly special, and Soraya and Jos, as well as the Man on the door to the Hotel, are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson. Soraya in particular really is an excellent ambassador for Radisson.
Thank you for a wonderful stay—we look forward to returning.

fabulous

Beautiful hotel. They hosted us in the dining room for an event, as we could not use the Modius terrace during lunch due to excessive heat. Excellent organization
