Excellent

I booked the rooms through phone contact. Francesca was very kind and gave us solutions for rooms. Upon arrival they were so kind and helpful advising us for good restaurants and worth-visiting places in Rome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, well-heated, including hot water 24h for bath. It was an excellent choice and value for money!!

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever

I would avoid this hotel at all costs, I tried to modify my booking before it had begun, they refused. They also refused to refund me. I said they’re being evil. Then Iwas told that I should “watch what what I say because they know people who can trace my documents and find me, so be careful” in-sighting they’ll cause physical harm to me. Ran by thugs, avoid these people at all costs unless you want to jeopardise your safety

The best

Room was amazing, very comfortable and clean. There is a coffee (tea) machine in room. Coffee, tea, cookies and soft drinks were replenished daily. Fabio & Francesca are awesome hosts. Right upon our arrival, Francesca told us everything what we should know about attractions, public transportation, restaurants etc. Location is very good. Colosseum is 10 minutes walk from apartment. Shops, pizzerias and bus, metro stations are very near apartment. Your cozy room helped us spent great time in Rome. Thank you Fabio & Francesca.

Amazing!!

The room was great, really cosy and 10 minutes away from Colosseum and really close to the metro station! Frangeska was so nice and so helpful with everything we ask her. Totally recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Perfect!

Our hosts here were the best we've ever had and went so far above and beyond to take care of our needs during our stay. I cannot say enough good things about their kindness and willingness to help, from accommodating our last minute reservation all the way to mailing my cell phone back to the US for me after I left it in our airport taxi! The rooms were lovely; very clean and comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend and will definitely stay with them again next time I'm in Rome! Thank you, Fabio and Francesca!
