Very helpful staff, lovely hotel room, and a beautiful terrace. Great location for the train station and not a far walk from the Colosseum. We were warned by a few Uber/taxi drivers that the area we were staying in wasn’t great, but i’ve stayed here 2 times (about a year apart) and have felt safe both times

My son and I enjoyed our week long stay at Roman Terrace, we made good use of the terrace and kitchen area for coffee in the morning and relaxing after long days walking, the microwave was very useful when we didn’t want to go back out to eat, we bought some really nice pasta dishes from the supermarket to reheat, the noise from the trams mentioned in a previous review was not a concern at all, was a bit noisy in the morning when the cleaning staff started but it’s forgivable as they done a great job! This is my second time staying in Esquillino and Roman terrace is well situated for walking to all of the must see’s. Staff are very nice and kept us informed of check in process before arrival, I would have no hesitation staying here again when I return to Rome🙂

Nice little hotel with great shared terrace.

Very clean rooms. Really good bed, they offered coffee and tea, biscotti and chocolate. Nice big bath towels.
The shared terrace there is gold worth, so nice to be able to sit out there and relax and drink his morning coffee. It is very nice with lots of flowers.
Would like to give the hotel 5 stars, the only thing that draws a little down, is that there is a little noise from the street, from one side where the rooms are located, and a tram that sounds. But they put earrings on us, so it went. The price was a bit high, and check out the time at 10:00 is a bit early.

Room was lovely, spotless and had use of a private terrace area. Location was excellent and so convenient for the buses and trains at Termini. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
